3 visits in 2 days. Food quality is consistent with the brand standards. 2 of the 3 visits the staff was friendly and order was accurate. 1 of the visits I did not receive the utensils I needed. There must be a problem with the drive thru speaker b/c all 3 trips I encountered difficulty from staff in understanding what was being ordered.
Love this place..my wife is a day sleeper , so when she gets up sometimes she wants breakfast items, so I do lots of business here, because they serve breakfast items 24/7..
For having only 1 person in the dining room it should have been spotless as in cleanliness. Staff was nice and the food was alright. I was mostly sad because they don't have the bacon and potatoe wedges anymore.???I didn't know what to do lol!! I was looking forward to one of my favorite craving snacks.#bringembackjack
Poor service! Went yesterday evening between 8-9pm. Lobby closed with no signs on the door, didn't answer the phone, very long and slow drive-thru line. I was in management so I understand being short-staffed from time to time. But it appears this location has a chronic, reoccurring staffing problem. I tried giving them other chances before posting a review but they've been pretty bad each time. By not having any signs saying the lobby was closed and no one answering the phone...its making me think there may be management issues. It's weird how some fast food locations have happy employees, able to keep the lobby and drive-thru open and other's just can't. In situations like this it appears you need really good/happy leaders to stabilize the crew. Maybe they need bonus/incentive programs to help balance the stress of the job. Not just for managers but for crew members too. Just food for thought...base rate + bonus (for hitting certain numbers). Because, something has to change. 20-30mins in a drive-thru is crazy.
This is my first time ordering food from Jack in the Box. If you have never eaten from Jack. Id say, it's comparable to Hardees/Carl's Jr. Food was fresh and hot, and the curly fries was good as well.
Overall the service is good but one huge problem the fountain drinks at drive through taste of mold. I don't know if they need clean out the icemaker or nosils but ITS IN NEED OF FULL DETAIL CLEAN. at this point I'm better off contacting health inspector
The staff was on point. Great service and attention. However, the food was scary sketch. Now 5 hours later, I was right. I guess it's gonna be a Pepto disgusting night. Just for reference, In 40 years of going to the same Jack in my home town, never had a problem. In fact nothing but fantastic!
Always friendly staff. Had some order difficulty a few time but gets resolved easily. Quality of the food has been better than other local fast food places as of recent.
Always the fastest drive through from all the local Jack's. For the most part the food is cooked fresh and not stale like other locations.
I tried that new cluck sandwich and something tasted off about it and it was really salty. I instantly got pain in my stomach and it slowly built up and ended up throwing up and having diarrhea at work that night. It’s the next day and I’m sick in bed still having diarrhea. Not good!
