Came to this jack in the box and waited in the drive thru line for it seemed like an hour just to get to the window for them to ask me what did I order smh ?. And when I told them one of the many things I ordered she came back to the window and said I'm going to have to retake your order. for what so they can park me to wait another hour, I don't think so. I left an unhappy customer. Never will I return there again. Poor customer service..
The new swiss butter burger was so good ..service was timely staff was very nice over all great experience

I ordered from drive through and was amazed at how great the service was as well as how delicious the food was.
The food was okay. The store on the otherhand could have been much cleaner. Inside and outside. Also, the amount of bums and homeless literally camping in a parking stall for the resturant was a bit much.
Only drive thru open, dining was closed. I drive a big rig, can't go to the drive thru. And they wouldn't take my order
The majority of the employees are nice and polite the Managers on night shift were understanding and the district manager was helpful and curtious to those who were less fortunate than others.
Amazing. I always get the spicy chicken sandwich. But I'm not too fond of the new thick fillet. Curly fries, delicious. Oreo shake and mocha coffee amazing. Their cheesecake and mini churros incredibly yummy. And their tacos and taco sauce are so good. I remember when they used to be 2 for a dollar. Never can go wrong with Jack in the Box. Oh, and staff is always friendly.
15 minutes in the drive thru with 2 cars ahead of me, then served cold food. Wont return. I wonder if the Health Dept needs to know food that is required to be kept hot is being served cold. I live close, 2 min away and had to reheat in the microwave. If I get food poisoning from food being allowed to get cold, I'll know where to turn
Im new to the croissants. These things are bomb. I add tomatoes to mine; they are explosive. I might be addicted to that and their sourdough jacks. Customer service could be better. You can't add condiments to a mobile order so asking if there is anything else i need would be better customer service. Answering someone's honk to come back to the window would also be good cx svc instead of me waiting 2-3 minutes for condiments. Fortunately, the regional manager responded to my feedback and coached the young man. Other issue is that I don't get a physical receipt with my order. I don't like that.
