This has to be the worst Jack in the Box I have been to. I had went through drive-through and the person at the drive thru I'm assuming is a manager he was on his phone texting the whole time to top things off when i had asked him if everything was in my order he was ya ya ya and shut the window and the girl that was taking the order was very rude. So I get home and I was missing some of the items I ordered this is not the first time this happens either this jack in the box needs new employees...
The drive-through associates were polite and patient. The folks in the vehicle behind me were too loud (yelling), making it difficult to understand each other thru the speaker. They calmed down enough for me to finish my order. Yes, it was exactly what I ordered.Just one complaint, the few slices of tomato were spoiled.Thanks. Gods keep!
Service was very good, and the spicy ? sandwich was good.
Food is always great and service is good in my experiences never had I missed an item in my order and they have never messed up on my order ? the only part that sucks is that they aren't open late anymore. Either way they still get 5 stars.
The line here is always SUPER LONG at night time. They only have one employee working here at night last time I was there. She gets it don’t though cus those lines are crazy long. Food always comes out food the line I can do without though.

Absolutely the worst experience I came to order some food and some guy by the name of John had the worst attitude. The way he assisted customers was the worst I’ve ever seen and the way he communicated with his coworkers. I really wish this establishment would realize how rude and arrogant this employee is. I told him my order was wrong yet he persisted it wasn’t I just ended up leaving because there was no point on arguing.
Start isn't friendly and have me the wrong order. When I told them that wasn't what I ordered the girl became argumentative so I just took the order and left ..
Never replaced my destroyed, nasty.....sausage burrito combo..
