Why have an Order Ahead and Not honor those customers. We have been waiting IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR OUR INDOOR PICK-UP FOR-(I kid you Not) 15 fRKn minutes- JUST TO TELL THE EMPLOYEE WE ARE HERE FOR A PICKUP ORDER!!!?????WHY EVEN HAVE AN ORDER AHEAD, Jack in the Box?!?! WHY?♀️?♀️?♀️???????*woo. out of the line in Just Under an Hour!!!! Super Glad we ordered AHEAD!!!
SMH!!! Worst service ever!! Lady is rude who is taking orders and don’t put no napkins or katchup!! And when I asked to double check she said we’ll look !! I dont appreciate the attitude not the disrespectful. Then told me I had to go to the drive thru just for katchup and napkins they forgot even after asking !! Order a large fry and it was as small as the small curly fries I ordered !! People are lazy and rude !! Taco was not even cooked through
Drive thru only, which was MUCH faster when the dining room was open; this time took about 35 mins, ridiculous. Chicken sand was burnt to a crisp. Terrible experience.
Omg!!! 10 minutes per car just to order food it’s ridiculous. Either they need to hire more people or fire the one that’s in charge of the night shift
Was very good, the young man who was at the drive thru window was so very nice and polite, everything was hot and good.
This was my go-to place but I got turned away one too many times from the drive thru because of low staffing. Please hire more people

I used to come here all the time decades ago and loved it. I loved the curly fries and the Jumbo Jack burger. I’ve never gotten the chance to put in my review so now I’m submitting it.
I don't know why they don't give out napkins!!! I mean it's like come on seriously?? Are we supposed to wipe our faces with our shirts, n only 1 ranch dressing for 3 large curly fries...
