Went there about 9 something at night got to the speaker to order and was greeted with "one moment" and mind you there was no line but another car at the window already so knowing they're usually short staffed so things move slower i reply back very nicely No Problem Thank You and so I waited patiently then after about maybe 10 minutes later another person (guy) gets on and said "We're Closed!". I get its short staffed but this level of service at anywhere! is Ridiculous!
Terrible place to eat. Like honestly this has to be the worst jack in the box ever. Low quality food, and it’s smells like weed and cigarettes. The employees joke too much. I understand you can joke around and enjoy your job. But at the same time it’s a job not a play place. I’m just disappointed in the employees. The manager needs to set them straight or even the boss needs to do something or this place just doesn’t care. It just sucks here. Definitely do not recommend going here. It’s a joke
They'll advertise a good sandwich. By the second or third time you order it, because you "like it", they're suddenly smaller and dry with no taste. Can they be just alittle consistent?**The next time I order one of their buttery Jack's or another special sandwich, I may have a change of heart and update this review. Til then... They do have great deals if you download their app and orchestrate their coupons correctly.
Just waited in drive through for 45 minutes and didn't get any food. Worst Jack n Box in Fresno ca.
my nuggets were super hard. the food is always dry. they take forever. definitely the worst jack in the box i’ve ate. used to love eating this place now they make me disgusted by it.
It’s definitely NOT fast food. 20-35 minutes is about the average wait. My son loves their fries but by time I get them they’re cold & he won’t eat them so we just go elsewhere now. Used to be so convenient.
I was the 4th car in the drive through. It took 14 minutes to get to order. I live less than a mile away from the restaurant and my food was cold when I got home. My french fries must have been the bottom of the barrel because 90% of them were about 1 inch long. On the bright side, the worst tacos in the business were great as usual.
They had closed because they only had 2 staff members, I say three (3) because there was a manager there I got my order because I ordered through the app. All the cars in front of me which was 5 couldn't order except 1 so it was only the 1st car in line and myself who received our order. You would think by there only being 2 orders the food would be HOT (FRESH) but NO my food was barely warm, which didn't make any sense. And by there being (3) people there why couldn't they take other order's IT'S TEAM WORK THAT MAKES THE DREAM WORK!!! RIGHT...I watched the manager who wasn't doing much of anything and the young lady at the window was standing around and waiting for what I don't know because my food WASN'T HOT/FRESH OFF THE GRILL... I feel when your in a management position you roll up your sleeves and get busy and make it happen...And the 4 cars which were behind me didn't receive an order I watched them all leave behind me. When I got to the window my order WASN'T ready, mind you I only ordered a Jumbo Jack Comb & 2 Tacos so WHY was my food BARLEY warm...SO GO FIGURE ?...I use to say this was the best Jack n' The Box but their running a close 2nd place to the Shaw & West location which NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN like months ago or even longer their HORRIBLE and whatever is worst than horrible that's them their a disgrace to Jack in The Box
This place is the slowest place ever there is one car in front of me and I have been waiting 35 mins to order and a nother 25 mins to get my food it is Ridiculous don't come here if you only have a 30min lunch break... oh and mind you i only got 2tacos and jumbo jack
The teller was having issues taking my order (which was a simple combo) and wasn't repeating it back correctly. I was the 3rd vehicle in the drive-thru and waited over 25mins. The double patty burger with bacon I ordered, was given to me as a single patty and had no bacon. I asked for no sauce. They put no sauce, plus no veggies. So it was just patty, cheese and bun. The combo came with a medium curly fry and only received 3 fries in the container.What the.. !!!???So after driving two lights down the road and realizing the mistake, I returned to the drive-thru to wait an additional 35+ minutes for them to get my order right.What a mess. By then I was over it. I ate a couple of fries and ended up giving the whole meal to a family member at home.
