First cheeseburger in 4 yrs. Got inticed by a coupon told them. They took care of me. Burger was fresh meat was ? hot buns warm fries hot. Soda cold. Wow! Thanks JACK you the man ??
Typical Jack In The Box food. Everything was fresh and delicious, but we waited 30 mins in the drive-thru (not exaggerating)?! I was starting to get HELLA irritated, but then I realized?…. I have NEVER waited that long in any DriveThru??, so something out of normal had to have happened and I QUICKLY checked myself! I realized quickly, that getting upset about waiting a long in a DriveThru was RIDICULOUS!!!! There are literally people starving I was just happy the food was SOOO DELICIOUS?. The girl who was working the DT was sooo APOLOGETIC, sincere and nice?.
I doordashed some food i took almost an hour for jack in the box to make the order they did not put any sauces that i asked for and the milkshakes were like 3/4 full . The food also came cold. Very terrible experience
Driving by on Blackstone the "Open" was lit up as I turned in to get some breakfast at 6:45 am this morning. The cones blocking the driveway and the dark dining room seemed to suggest otherwise. If you cant get your store open at 6 am like your website says, update to reflect when you are actually going to be open. Otherwise the food quality is good and the staff is nice.
I think there was only 1 poor girl working. She was doing her best to keep up. I would’ve left but I was in between two cars for 30 minutes. The burger tasted different I’m not quite sure what it was but I could not eat it.
Well they were busy so it was a longer then normal but the reason I am giving a 3 ? because I order the teriyaki meal and my bowl was half the normal amount that I usually get

The last couple times I've gone to this location I have had a bad experience. First experience the doors were closed and nobody was allowed in. Second time the lady running the drive thru stated they don't sell chicken strips anymore! I called another location and they clearly do. I will no longer visit this location.
I ordered a Sprite and I could tell by the taste of it that the spickets hadn't been cleaned recently. The Sprite tasted moldy, y'all know what I'm talking about. I told the little girl at the window and she looked at me like she didn't know what I was talking about. Like she didn't even know what a stick it was and like she had never ever cleaned them. What's up with that.
I'm giving them a five star review because I was drunk as hell and really needed food. Everything they served me at two in the morning was fresh and kept me from throwing up all over an Uber. Not even a hangover the next day. 10/10
