I came in with a very restrictive diet thanks my stomach condition, and the staff and chefs were so accommodating. I can't have garlic, onions, and a whole lot of other things that come on or with their typical dishes. Yet I had multiple people come to me asking what I could eat and if certain things they were putting in the food were safe. I could tell how concerned they actually were. It was overall amazing and I am able to enjoy their delicious food as I write this. Very pleased with this experience. Thank you J Pot team!
I decided to try tis place today for the first time. Pots were good, service too, the only downside is that I made specific request on my pot and whoever prepared it kinda messed up adding stuff that I didn't want. Other than that I have no complains. As appetizer try the dumplings, are delicious.
This is my go to hotpot spot in town. Very consistent with quality.When I am here, I normally share a pot with my partner and order additional meats/toppings on the side. Refill on broth is a no hassle request.From my experience, 11AM is the best time to arrive. Not many people, service is acceptable, and food comes out in a reasonable time frame. Perfect time for lunch dates.Great location with Barrel House a few steps away if there happens to be a wait.Highly recommend.I don't leave many reviews, but this place warranted one.
Words can’t describe how good this place is! We tried the beef and chicken skewers and the crispy chicken for appetizers. They were amazing, the flavor and tenderness of the meat was perfect. The hotpots are amazing as well! So much mixed in and the spice levels are perfect. They have a sauce bar as well.

First time trying Jpot. I was Blown away. We went for our anniversary dinner. Absolutely will be going back. The atmosphere is pleasant. We sat outside. It was PERFECT. The Food did Not disappoint. If you like HotPot..... This IS the Spot!
J-pot has great good and great service, pricing are reasonable.I like that they have a “sauce station” where you can mix and match a dipping sauce to your own liking, not to mention they have so much variety of sauces to choose from. (Although I would suggest they add low-sodium soy sauce to their selection!)For their food selection, you can customize however you want it too. There are about 10+ pots to choose from, including dry pots.For each of the pot, you can select what kind of meat (beef, pork, lamb) and level of spiciness (I’d recommend J’s Crazy Spicy), as well as the type of carbohydrate (rice, vermicelli). All pots come with meat and/or seafood and variety of vegetables.Apart from pots, you can also get skewers and appetizers like popcorn chicken, wings, fried calamari etc.Workers are very friendly at J-pot and I always receive great service.Overall a great place to enjoy some quality food with good service.
