It was Sunday at noon . My wife and I liked it. We each ordered Half Sandwich, soup and salad item. The sandwich was Monaco. We got full so there's plenty to eat. We were seated right away although there were a number of people dining. Waitress was cordial and very efficient. Although the sandwich was tasty, I would have expected that there would have been more pastrami and less shredded lettuce in the sandwich. It did not at all compare with a sandwich at Deli Delicious. We will try it again.
Food is good but the servers lack customer service skills. I was picking up a to go order on Sunday morning Mother's Day. I could see my order on the counter and when I asked the young Hispanic female server is that my to go order she replied with "I'm not your server" and just goes about her business not even acknowledging me after..wow okay if you don't handle to go orders you could at least just tell me someone will be with you shortly. That response pretty might implies that it's not your job it's not your problem. I love supporting local business but that comment made me feel like an inconvenience to this young lady for just asking about my to go order. I get treated better at Denny's or black bear diner.
Food was good but I had a sandwich and they just put a ton of mayonnaise on it to the point the bottom piece of bread was soggy. Besides that it'd be very highly rated! Id recommend it, it has a nice homey feel and plenty of choices.
The staff was very friendly, however the food was a little lacking. The burger that I ordered and the chicken sandwich that my lady ordered, needed seasoning. It seemed as tho there was none on either. Our appetizers were a hit and a miss. The potato wedges were slightly over cooked and also not seasoned. The mozzarella sticks were perfectly seasoned and cooked though.
Had a very nice breakfast here while visiting the Tower District.Great service & clean place to eat.
Great atmosphere, being in the bustling heart of Tower District. The serving staff are attentive. They don't skimp on the patties on their burgers. Great flavor! Also, don't forget to try their ranch dressing.
Had an omelet here once, and it was good. This time I had a Gigantic breakfast burrito filled with nothing but potatoes. lol Should call it the potatoe burrito. Was very dry. Next time I'll order something else ??Service was good though.
First time eating here. We sat in the patio area. It was clean and service was good. Menu had a nice variety. I order the Cuban and it was delicious. The meat was tender and the bread fresh.My husband had a French dip and found the same. Definitely will return. Eat local as much as you can. Keep Tower businesses thriving.
Awesome sandwich and the bloody beer is great. Breakfast looked awesome but we showed up a little late. If you want breakfast get there before 11am.
I ordered the California Burger and it was DELICIOUS! Perfect balance of condiments in the burger, not over onion, if you know what I mean, paired with french fries that were perfectly fried, crisp, and no old oil here. Come on by and enjoy!
