This place is awesome. The ambience is very good. First time in 3 years I had big party(100+ ppl) and let me tell you, first: the owner really worked hard to create menu that fit within my budget and he created best menu then he made sure my event become special since it was on mothers day he gave us couple items on menu free of charge. He made sure I have enough server for my party and banquet hall looks amazing. The food was DELICIOUS, none of my guest complain about single thing. The servers he assigned to us were very hard working and polite. I would definitely host another party here again.

Pros-The naan was crisp once (so good), second visit it was burnt and extremely thick. The entrées are standard but the portions felt low for the $$ - there were very few pieces of panner/kofta; plenty of gravy tho. The falooda is truly what I loved. We ordered the panner tikka sizzler appetiser. Portion was good, but nothing out of the ordinary. The Gobi Manchurian is very sweet so that’s a straight up no for me.Cons- service is always slow.. maybe need more servers during peak time (it was very crowded). And portion for entrées needs to increase.

Food was great - very tasty. Good vegetarian varieties. We tried Paneer Tikka which was really well prepared. Each dish comes with a plate of rice. We had Paneer and Chole for our Main course which were also good.

So my fiancé found this place and what intrigued him was the happy hour. So my mom, my fiancé and I went for happy hour and we were not disappointed!!! We tried several items. My favorite was the naught naan, my mom loved the wings and my fiancé enjoyed both of those. We also had the samosas they were ok and the hummus was also good. But what I haven’t mentioned yet is the drinks. The drinks were only $2 and they definitely hit the spot. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the mood for Indian food, drinks and decent prices.

In Fresno if you want to enjoy real Indian food visit this (Palace)place. Also the environment takes you to the completely to a different world. Also the owner provides wonderful support and arranges what you need to enjoy. One of the must go place .

Totally disappointed with the service..nobody ans the call when I reached there no body ask me for help.

Very poor service, cooking staff is unhygienic ( We saw the cook scratching his head while cooking and staff is also eating in the kitchen ). Picture is attached with head hair in the rice. Their is no Indian taste in the food , they are just making fool of customers. People just visit due the location of restaurant. Food price vs quality of food has no match. Customer service is horrible, there is no worker at the reception, you have to just look for help which usually takes a long time. They are not properly staffed. It is one of the worst Indian restaurant in Fresno and Clovis…

We came to this place based on a lot of really good reviews on Yelp and Google. We entered the restaurant - which looked busy - and we were the only people waiting for a table. Fast forward 30 minutes, and the only help we had received was one waitress telling us a table should be available in 15-20 minutes. Then what appeared to be one of the owners asked if we’d been helped, i said well if by helped you mean someone said we would have a table sometime. Then yes. Fast forward another 20 minutes, and now there is a bunch of people waiting to be seated and pickup to go orders. One guy had been there as long as us and they seemed to be unable to find his to go order. Finally, when we were able to leave, the waitress took us to a table. After we got our soda and water order, 10 minutes later the waitress came by to take our order. When we placed our order, I asked if it would take another hour for our food to be delivered to our table. The waitress didn’t provide any estimate and didn’t say no either. Fast forward another ten minutes, a person from the kitchen came to our table to advise that our samosa appetizer wasn’t available. At an Indian restaurant. Crazy. We then said ok, no thanks and offered to pay for the soda. Would we ever go back? Never. The original waitress just didn’t seem to care that our service was beyond unacceptable. We understand the shortages and delays due to the effects of the pandemic. But this was beyond unacceptable. That plus another waitress seated people that came in 50 minutes after us and took their orders before ours was taken. Don’t care if the food is the best in the world. Bad management and attitudes here. Simply not worth returning.

Fish, Butter Chicken and Faluda is good here. A nice place to spend some time to have good food and the service here is also good.
