BIG improvement in the quality of the food we had compared to a few years back (pre-pandemic) when just about everything was terribly over-cooked. Food this time around was much better and cooked just right. Service was almost too efficient; they were constantly hovering, moving items off the table even though it was a not-too-busy late Tuesday afternoon however they were not attentive in asking about refills. All in all, our overall dining experience was an improvement over our last time here and we will come again.
Great authentic Chinese and Dim Sum restaurant. Roasted duck is very good; better than other Chinese restaurants in Fresno. Staffs are friendly with excellent service. Highly recommended and will definitely come back.
They have American style plates, but we order Family Style and enjoy a variety of dishes, including Dim Sum. We have been coming here for years and know the staff. The workers may seem straight forward and short with answers but they are very friendly.
Came here on April 11, 2022 for dinner. Right when we got in and sat in our seat waitress came and took our drink orders. Only got first drink order from the party and second member order water and then she skipped the rest, she didn’t even ask. All she said was “okay okay”, gave the rest of use water. Not just that, she was very rude, she always interrupt what we are saying. She wanted us to order as quick as possible so she can end her shift. We did not leave any tip when we usually do and did not feel bad at all. I know you probably had a bad day but please do not show it in front of your customers. This place definitely needs more customer service work. I will not be going back here, there are other place I can go to beside here. Food was good though, and proportion was decent that’s why I give it a two star.
Can you say delicioso?! A must for all you Chinese food lovers. The Peking duck is a flavorful dish with Crispy skin and perfectly portioned into sections. The steamed buns compliment the duck perfectly, be sure to use both sauces (one is spicy) and shredded veggies with your dish. Their chicken fried rice is one of the best I've ever tasted. The steamed fish has a flavor of its own along with the shredded veggies, this dish is a hit!!!
The Manager was so rude .I’ve been going there well over10 years , and my grandkids and I shareA large chicken salad . There was only6 good size pieces of chicken ,When I complained the manager started yellingThat I should’ve complained sooner ,I said I did but nobody did anything about it .Told her I’ll never be back and she needs toBe more kind and appreciate her customers.Ive been hearing thier customer service suckedBut now I’mA true believer.Stick to Moys or Shanghi !
I've been going to this place for over 20 years. And it's still the best place to get authentic Chinese food and dim sum in all of the San Joaquin Valley. I love this place.
I got the blackened mushroom chicken and beef and broccoli. The noodles that come with the dish are straight trash . It’s simple and boring and I’m not sure how they them selves let that trash be served . 45 dollars for 2 dishes and potstickers . Pass on this place
Right now for the price and for the food it's the best full service Chinese in town I wish China restaurant would start table service again
