This place is so refreshing for vegetarians!! As a vegetarian, it means a lot to actually have a selection to pick from. Most places will have one or two items for non-meat eaters. But not ikes. Ikes has like probably 20 or so options. I really like the sandwhich with Buffalo sauce. Yum!
Had my son in my arms and even tho there was an employee on break they failed to even notice I was standing there for 10-15 mins. It was not busy, there was 0 customers in the store. They most likely can only handle online orders. After I asked the employee on break to tell his coworkers to help me with my order. A gloomy face says “ are u placing an order” I just feel like bad customer service like she didn’t even know what they did to offend me and weren’t concerned that I just didn’t want to order. Last time I got to this location?
This is my to go sandwich place. But my last visit experience was ridiculous on may 5 evenings. Firstly they took more than 20 min to make the sandwich and there was no pesto which was main part along with that I never asked for avocado but they were on the sandwich.
This is favourite place for sandwiches.I am always there to eat jaymee sirhwich but my last visit was ridiculous i waited for my sandwich for 20 min and there was not any customisation which I requested for no lettuce, no onions but pickle and jalapeños for which i never requested.
The lady who assisted in the wrong order for an uber eats order was extremely rude and short when trying to resolve the issue. Very poor communication and customer service.
Excellent sandwich. The Dutch crust bread was outstanding. I wide variety of fountain drinks to choose from. Beer batter onion rings were good.
Today was a amazing experience employees are best in Fresno frist time here that sandwiches are tha best in tha world, decor is out my maind lunch boxes us decor take me trow time. Stories in tha wall is one of kind. I drop my sandwiche of my hands employees they where so nice to make me other sandwiche tha is costumers services is was my fault they I drop my sandwiche but costumers are very important for them that is a deep love for costumers thanks.
with no line ahead of us, food took nearly 40 minutes to be prepared. Great selection (especially vegetarian and vegan), but would not recommend unless you budget time for a full sit down meal timeline
I'm P sure I got the #18. Best sandwich i've had all year. Some random guy even asked for a bite fr. I'm comin back when i want a sandwich they know how to whip em up. 5/5
Service was great and the sandwich was too, should've gotten it without the dirty sauce tho for sure. Both me and my wife should have. But besides our own mistakes it was perfect
