Costumers services outstanding ? store very clean ? now food only 3? because was sameting not right we ordered 3 bowls for tha price was not enough of protein maybe 3oz in a 20dlrs bowl flavor good but not to come back again are family and I love hummus Mediterranean food and here is missing tha touch employees very nice to explain the food.
I wasn’t sure what to expect here, but let me say this is the best food I’ve had in years! I built my own bowl, and it was just fantastic. Unless you don’t like middle eastern food, you won’t be disappointed at all. My only wish is they used Israeli couscous, it’s bigger and better. Maybe they’ll think about it? Fantastic and huge… leftovers!
Didn’t have an idea what I needed or wanted, but came out feeling confident I’d made good on the many available choices to build my bowl. Arriving home, I was not at all disappointed and will definitely return next time I’m downtown.
When I moved to Fresno in 2019 I was honestly sad about leaving behind some of my favorite comfort foods in Arizona. I’ve been searching for Mediterranean food that would scratch the itch of my favorite pita from back home, but I honestly had no luck for the longest time. Recently I tried hummus republic expecting to be disappointed that nothing would ever compare to my nostalgia, however, not only did they not disappoint, their food is absolutely amazing. 100/10! I love the employees who work at my shop. Last time I went Ashley just absolutely killed the game. I’m so sad it took me this long to find this place, but I’m happy the search for amazing Mediterranean food is over ? ✨
Wow this is my new favorite place, the food is amazing and very flavorful. I tried a wrap with mushrooms as my protein. Love all the condiments, it was a perfect lunch.
1st time. Loved it!!! Got a bowl, they have great drinks as well. Highly recommended!!!
Definitely one of the most bang for buck restaurants around. The prices for the quality and amount of food you get is pretty hard to find anywhere else. Everything tastes fresh and the flavors are great. Worth a drive downtown.
This is my new favorite place to eat!! The roasted eggplant hummus is delicious! And the falafel ? I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves colorful foods. I was really taken aback on how fresh all the ingredients are. The cucumbers so crisp and crunchy. And not only was the food refreshing, the kindness of the employees blew me away the moment we stepped in the door. They greeted us so warmly even though they there were on break and the employee that helped us had the patience of a saint. It being our first time she explained the ingredients and made great suggestions.
We had our staff development at FCC CDC and Hummus Republic catered our lunch. It was fantastic from the wraps to the pita chips to the hummus. I highly recommend this restaurant....excellent food!
Took my friend out here for a celebration lunch and was not disappointed! I loved the options of being able to build my own pita, and I love trying new things like the mushroom shawarma and the very interesting sauces and spreads. I will definitely be coming back here to try some new combinations!
