My wife and I were looking forward to having dinner here. It was our 27th Wedding Anniversary and we wanted to have a nice dinner. We were seated promptly, given bread and water.... And that's it. A couple was seated next us after we got our bread and with 1 minute they were attended. 5 more minutes passed and they got their bottle of wine and appetizers. Still no one approached us. That same couple was then asked what they would like for dinner. After that I set my timer for 5 minutes. Since no one serviced us and we decided to leave. Spoke to the manager, expressed our disappointment and she offered to pay for our appetizer but kindly declined and we left. Perhaps getting an appetizer may have sufficed but the point is the initial disregard. I hope others who are Mexican American get treated better than this.
Fine dining experience. The food was exquisite. Outstanding drink options. The overall experience was luxurious. Immaculate restrooms. Beautiful up-to date decor. The staff was super professional and inviting. The owner was personally thanking guests for their presence. 5 is definitely a place I will frequent.
The expectations for this restaurant were set high because of recommendations from a fellow restaurant industry employee. Walking in the atmosphere was good. It wasn’t crowded like I’ve heard but it was later in the evening on a Thursday so that may affect things. The bar was lively with higher end clientele drinking and chatting very loudly so we asked for a table towards the back. It was very dark and cold in the room and felt as if we were sitting in a closed business. The service was on point with recommendations, memorized specials, and professionalism but it couldn’t make up for the quality of most of the food. The steaks and fish entrees are 5 stars but the rest of the menu has a from a package or box taste.I’m pretty disappointed in the experience considering the price for what you receive and the overall lack of flavors in dishes. If I do return, I will strictly order the steak or salmon. Maybe simplify the menu with what you do well and cut out what you don’t? You’re a family owned restaurant and I would love to see you guys flourish. Good luck to you

My wife and I enjoyed every part of our first time visit to Five. Ryan, our waiter, was excellent! The manager, Michelle, is very friendly and made it a point to check on us before and after our meal. The food was over the top!
Enjoyed my dinner at The Five tonight. I recommend the Lobster Raviolis in a delicious red cream sauce! Bon Apetit! ???
