Ordered online and was supposed to be ready at 7:13. When I got there, a lady was at the counter stating she called the corporate number to order the food and they said the store was out of ribs? For 20 minutes the cashier and manager tried to help her. Meanwhile, customers still patiently waiting. Turns out, they had the wrong receipt for the lady. How she didn’t know and they didn’t confirm this is beyond belief. The sad thing is, they didn’t greet any customer as they walked in, didn’t say we would be right with you, and didn’t apologize for the incompetence of all of them. I like the food at this place but the customer service is less than satisfactory. Quite atrocious to be honest. So, leaving at approximately 7:40 made the experience less than enjoyable.
Dinner was DELICIOUS!! Starting with the appetizers & mix drinks to our favorite Famous Feast for 2! My husband & I absolutely loved our server Thania! She has GREAT customer service & we didn't have to flag her down for refills. Great food & service is always a plus for us!!
The good and service was great. We had the feast for 2. It was very light on the brisket. 3 slices, 2 maybe an inch wide by 4 inches long, and the other smaller. I felt like, for the price and what I seen I. The photos others posted, there should have been more. The brisket is awesome, but I would not recommend it, it's not worth the price.

In weekends is really busy and you should wait more than half an hour! The food and service were ok. Not my choice!
