It's been 4 years since I've gone to Dutch and it's changed. I tried ordering something from their secret menu and the red bull series but the employee didn't know what I was talking about. Dont get me wrong though, I still dig their beverages. (By the way I think I saw someone from my middle school days Named Carlos working there ? would be nice to know ?)
The iced 911 is my favorite. Customer service is great. Sometimes line is a little long but it moves fast.
Arrived around 11:40 to a short line thankfully. Although the guy taking the orders outside was rushing us really bad I had barely pulled up the menu on my phone and told him I was looking real quick when he immediately asked if I was ready to order. My friend was like uhhh I guess and just ordered their normal drink and he asked if that would be it ??? I told him no and just chose a Rebel flavor quickly. Then he quickly told us our amount and walked away. We got up to the cashier window and the cashier was not friendly at all with such a bad attitude I was asking questions about a drink and their answers were so short and acted like I was dumb for even asking closing the window on us right after. Definitely not coming back to this one after this service.
The service was fast and the workers who made my drink and took my order were very polite and hardworking. My drink was made very well and I had a great experience overall!
Stopped by for my birthday drink. Staff was friendly, line moved quickly for a Wednesday afternoon
Service and location are spot-on. These people are really nice and really know how to get the job done quickly. Something on a personal note that I'm not fond of anymore is that it doesn't have as many options for people that require sugar free or decaffeinated drinks. It used to be more versatile in the drinks that it offered and now it doesn't offer as much. I still give them a five-star though because in all other ways the experience is excellent.
The drive thru is quicker even tho lines look long. Bigger portions tastes better than Starbucks more variety and energy mixed drink are so good. Only drinks available hot and cold blended iced plane. Etc

The service was friendly, it always is. The drinks were made well. And the staff is always happy to help with new drink suggestions or answer questions. They are very knowledgeable.
I absolutely Love Dutch Bros. Unfortunately today just wasn't happening ?. My cold brew tasted horrible. I normally order the cold brew (kicker) but today thumbs down. Dutch Bros is normally known for its consistency from customer service to the drink. Not today I actually couldn't even get half way because of the taste. Sucks because I wasted my points on this ?.
