Waste of money. We ordered fish tacos. Looked like fish was boiled then put in oil then put on tortillas with a avocado, sour cream and cabbage. Didn't even want to try it cause it looked so awful but we had no time to waste cause we had to be at an appointment soon. They should have left out the fish and I think I would have liked it better. We decided to throw away most of the food.
I was between don Pepe and Panda Express . And I should’ve picked Panda Express .If you’re about good hygiene around a restaurant just avoid going here at all costs. The salsa area was so not clean .The bathrooms dirty (no toilet paper)And last but not least the TACOS where not good.I immediately had a tummy ache .The front cashier was more interested in the chisme than taking my order , that should’ve been the red flag I needed to walk out.
Love the food here those asada and shrimp burritos are to delicious ?
While the menu is pretty limited, the food they serve is great. My favorite is the regular asada burrito which literally has beans and meat, but is absolutely delicious. There are several salsas to choose from and all are super tasty just like I would make at home. I would highly recommend Don Pepe's taqueria!
They know how to hustle. I like their tacos. They have a knack for always having perfect avocados. I wish they had limes, though.Place is packed, so best to go with a buddy to stake out a table. Server works fast, but today he didn't clean our table. It's definitely a place for loyalists who are serious about their food. Not a place to linger, though. It's all about the food.
The shrimp tacos, shrimp cocktail and chile verde burrito are out of this world! All ingredients are fresh, plenty and high quality. Also the best pico I've ever tried-- ripe but firm tomatoes and the right amount of spiciness.
Usually good food here but never going again!!! I went and bought the breakfast burrito they have and when i bit into it i felt something hard and i checked what it was and it was someone’s nail. Never going again… that was disgusting.
Don Pepe Taqueria serves some of the best shrimp burritos in town. Ordering is easy and the food is freshly prepared.
12/22/21 12:45pm service is VERY fast. I order buche tacos with every thing to go. The salsa station was a mess!I get to my office to my suprise only beans buche and tortilla No lettece cilantro or onion. Its been years since I been to Don Pepe , did ownership change.? BTW the meat was not dry and the beans had no flavor
