The best part of my experience at this restaurant was our awesome server Izzy, he took good care of our needs and was extremely courteous. We had a big party in our group and he still managed to assist us all. He deserved a tip and I gave one with a glad heart. Food was great too.
Very good Italian dishes we ate here, we really liked the customer service in here.
The server Shannon was just Awesome! The food was Awesome! It was my birthday lunch and enjoyed by all. Can't wait to go back.
Great service. Enjoyed the Ceasar Chicken salad and a glass of Riesling. Ordered Scarface pasta and s Meatball pasta to go, very good.
Greasy, oily food. Plates come swimming in sauce. Service is pretty terrible. Slow, with no attention. Polite, but terrible and scattered. The venue offers bright, awful lighting and poor decorn to match the food experience. Does any good Italian even exist in this city? Two stars for the effort.
This location needs a bit of work. No formal greeting with the host or server. Have no idea who they are. Well there’s Brett since the ticket receipt says so if that is really him. Host told us she was cleaning our table, cleaned the table then touched clean plates and utensils. Also touched her hair and face a lot. She informed us she was getting bread. Never came. Server came and said bread will be coming, never came. We asked again it didn’t come. We ordered wine, didn’t come til after we got our food. 2 out of 3 of our meals were cold. They microwave their dishes. Had to send it back and have them heat it up again. After we received the “cold” food wine and ghetto Parmesan cheese, towards the end of our meal the bread arrived. The server came and apologized to us for the horrible service, but the MANAGEMENT needs to step it up when their employees are in need, slacking or calling off from work. Don’t think we’ll be coming back to this establishment. At least we gave it a try.
This DiCicco's is HORRIBLE! We waited so long for our food (1.5 hours) that my daughter was falling asleep waiting for her food! I ordered a Chicken Cesar salad and was served a house salad with a piece of dried old chicken with no flavor at all! We also tried to order Shrimp Fettuccini with broccoli! Sever came back to our table to tell us that they are out of shrimp! Received plate with no flavor chicken and no broccoli twice! we received some of our orders 15 minutes before closing! Some of orders came after 10pm! Unacceptable food service all around! I will never return to this location! Really rate this place with zero stars! Please please do better! I will be sure to tell all my friends and family to stay ways form this place!
Good pizza. Real flavorful sausage. Hot and chewy crust. Plus it was affordable. Small is 12”. Enjoy.
Really great food. Family here from Germany & Colorado & they loved it as much as we do. Great service, too.
Minestrone was cool to touch. Chicken Alfredo had no flavor, literally had zero flavor. I had too add sooo much salt to it. The chicken was dry, it seemed reheated instead of fresh. This restaurant used to be good, not so much anymore.
