Ok for the price but they need to work on customer service. I walked in and wasn't helped or greeted. I had to get their attention even though they saw me come in. The girl finally took my order and was rude. The lady before me also had a bad experience and complained about how rude they were. I waited over 20 minutes for my order (two sandwiches and fries) Also, I tried calling in my order but no one picked up. I ordered there and they just let the phone ring. First and last time going to this place.
Food is fantastic, customer service is terrible on the other hand. They forgot a full fries and when I called them back (store pick up)they were all anxious and finally after being on hold for several times a " manager" wanted the card that I didn't have on myself(paid by Samsung pay) or have me drive back 14 miles lol to get the fries. We agreed next time which was going to be the next day when I go in I can get a full fries instead. I went in today and these kids were playing with me , the curly hair guy with glasses and in piercings kept telling me "I have no idea what you're talking about " I went over the phone conversation from day before he kept telling me "we don't have a manager" . Lies are the worst things that will ruin your name. You can keep the change if you are this cheap. Story short, I didn't get my refund nor my fries. Use their so called service at your own risk.

Sandwiches are good but they need to set up that Sandwiches better all my meat they are in one place Italian Sandwiche

Good god I’ve never waited so long for a burger and fries and a chicken sandwich and fries. Place wasn’t busy at all. Food was tasty though. I know some of you are thinking good food sometimes takes awhile but even I know the proper time for that lol this was a really long wait.
Probably the best sandwich I’ve ever eaten! The Chipotle Chicken sandwich is unbelievable & the potato salad is off the charts! If you haven’t tried this place you are missing out
I wasn’t sure what to expect since I was used to the Deli D that closed at this location. Turns out the owner just rebranded and did his own thing. I tried the dervos special and it was great. Many of the same sandwiches I liked are still here. I’ll be back.
The sandwich I ordered was the most delicious thing I’ve ever tasted. It was a close call, but the sandwich here slightly edged the dolphin steak I had while on vacation in Argentina a few years back. The porpoise meat was tender, but this sandwich was even better. It was even more savory than the Big Salad my friend George bought me a few years back. Actually George’s girlfriend may have paid for the salad because she said “you’re welcome” when I thanked him for it.
