Food & service was good!!
Our server/waiter Precious was very friendly, patient, and accommodating for us especially at late night, after dark hours of 1:30-3am for a late family dinner/breakfast meal. Thank you, I missed this place. Only thing is the portions are much smaller than a few years ago at the same/cheaper prices, but to be expected. Glad it wasn't super busy or crowded, but noticeable a lot of younger adults gather here too.
Food was great. Very friendly customer service. I ordered for pick up. Would've been a 5 star review but they forgot to give me my sodas with my order, didn't realize it until I got home and my wife wouldn't let me back in the house without them ? ? so I had to drive all the way back to get them. Called ahead and the waitress was so nice enough to have them ready for me nice and cold. Didn't even have to wait in line.
I get it's late night, but holy hell, the worst service possible. It wasn't that they were overworked, I would understand more, there was us and 1 other table. The servers just dipped out chilling in the kitchen, between messed up orders, being charged for said errors, and then waiting forever, I was like... I hope this ain't a racial thing. Seeing other people arrive after us basically being waiting on hand and foot, while we never got half the stuff we asked for, and refills was like pulling teeth, like yo, a machine fills the drink, it's the easiest request to fulfill.
I have frequented this Dennys for as long as I've been alive, and the experience has always varied somewhat but it never has been bad. It's a Dennys so don't expect fine dining but if you want some classic American fare, it will satisfy that craving.
Service is fast and friendly. Food is good. Only drawback is this owner does not participate in the advertised specials...no Kids eat free or other special seen on TV.
The atmosphere in the restaurant was excellent service a little bit slow but considering the amount of people we had it was okay our food was brought to the table on a decent time our special requests were met so we had a great time
Food was great but kinda disappointed because it was a to go order and they forgot the essentials such as: utensils, napkins, etc. I was glad that at least they provided syrup and butter for the pancakes. I'll have to put more emphasis on making sure I ask for all those items next time, just thought that it will be common sense , but oh well. We'll see next time.
Loved our waiter Andres, very attentive and nice. Avocado was underripe and only put a small piece of bacon on my burger but other than that it was a good experience.
Food is really good but sometimes they dont have certain items from the menu which makes it difficult to substitute because that item is the main reason i come here. Good service a bit slow but good also very friendly.Update 12/17/21Service has definitely improved and food quality was on point. Definitely 5 *
