Stopped by for brunch, as we were waiting for our food I remembered that I had a doctors appointment I needed to my mother too. I told one of the waitresses and they pushed our ticket up and got us our way asap. When I got to the appointment I took the opportunity to eat my food as I waited for my mom to finish her appointment, everything was delicious they even gave me a fresh ice tea in a to go cup. I really appreciated there haste, so I could get to where I needed to be. Unfortunately I didn’t snap any pics of the food this time around.
Although they were rather busy and short handed, the service was good and our server congenial. However, the patty melt I had left the bread rather soggy. Despite the sogginess, the sandwich was delicious, just rather messy.
I understand that many businesses are short staffed... but the experience was bad. We waited an hour for our food, and not all of it got brought out, plus my son's boneless wings were cold in the middle. We ended up leaving without eating all of our order since it was missing..
the food was great and small groups inside the staff where very nice and was on top of everything. the server seen my little girl taking my wifes drink and kept feeling it up very amazing staff and the building was very clean spotless
It was pretty good, only thing I did not like was how long it took, I'm assuming they were understaffed but I only saw one worker helping out everyone else, I forgot her name but she was the only one basically helping people, wish I knew your name. The food was pretty good, their slam plates are always my go too for a filler.
The service was horrible, our food was brought to us cold. They mixed up our orders. The hot chocolate tasted like it was watered down with no chocolate taste what so ever. We asked for hot sauce an it was never brought to us. During this time the place was not even busy. We will never come back with this type of service.
So we’ve been at Denny’s for over an hour and we ordered medium rare T-Bone steaks and got raw steaks instead. To top it off they were sent back twice and the bad part is the manager is the one on the grill.Denny’s on Shaw and First ??
Denny's had the nerve to charge my card even though I called a thousand times and canceled my online order. I ordered online at the Denny's website for a different location and at checkout it automatically switched it to this location because it's closest to me. I REFUSE TO EAT FROM THIS LOCATION. I will explain why. WITHIN MINUTES of finding out the switch, I called to cancel my order and they claim they can't cancel it on their end and for me to cancel it online. THERE IS LITERALLY NO OPTION TO CANCEL IT ON YOUR OWN. So I call back and the girl says she will ask her manager. She asked her manager and says I have to cancel it through door dash, WHICH I DID. And I call back for a third time to tell them to stop making the food because how do they even know which order they are referring to?? They never asked for my name, number, NOTHING. So I have to stop them from making my food so it doesn't actually get delivered.The main reason I didn't want my food from this specific Denny's is because I ordered food in January from here, and there was a literal HAIRBALL in my food!!! So disgusting!!! They want to charge my card, well they will now be getting exposed ?. I should have posted this hairball review a long time ago.
Absolutely the worst. Waiting time was so long, I was cool with it because of Xmas night.They only put one person on the floor to serve all the customers. We had to wait 1 and a half hour for our food. The food did not have any taste. No salt, no ingredients that would add taste to it.I personally wont go there again.#The one star is for the server, she was so nice and did her best to handle all those customers.
Bad service, when I asked them how much longer they were very rude to me, it was my first time asking for an update since it had been an hour just waiting with no updateSo much attitude and so rude, why did I do to them?Been waiting over one hour, I am stressed out everything hurts from waiting. Just waiting for a take out, people eating in they have been getting the food. What about us? Just here like clowns washing our time, they should’ve told us that the wait was 2+ hours. I feel stupid for just waiting for this food that is a small order. Maybe if it was a large order I would understand why it take this long. This hasn’t ever happen to me.
