I like reviews because I’m big on customer service. Just like that.The young gentlemen Chris with the American flag face mask greeted us well and let us know our wait time. 15-20min fair. We took a seat and of course you see everyone in and out.It was about 1230pm and this elderly gentleman walked in and Chris had seen right before he was about to walk in the second door because he had just finished telling a couple bye.He looked down at his clip board n the elderly man was right in the first register. Chris looked up n walked off he was basically ignoring him there. Idk there were other workers who walked at the register, she was counting money or something and the man spoke to her but she walked off. I heard him. That bothered me, Chris came back as the girl was walking away and at this point. Chris couldn’t deny his presence. He still didn’t say anything to him nor even have him the respect to look at him. The workers cleared the register. At this point the man went to the table with the orders and then Chris came back so the man went up to Chris and said “I’m here to” Chris still did not look up at him!!!! So freaking rude. And responded “you’re here for what sir” and took care of his payment. Terrible customer service. It was beyond me that he really did that, I felt so bad because what did the man do? He just wanted his food so he could eat.My server was whatever, didn’t catch her name so I won’t bother but other than that. Food was good.
Seated quickly! My server, Destiny, was very polite & had a positive attitude. She checked on our table & made sure we were taken care of. Clean restaurant, definitely will go back to this location.Store #9552
Did curbside order and when I got home noticed bacon was burned and cinnamon roll pancakes had no cream cheese icing.
We had to wait more than 15 minutes until someone finally came to find a table for us. At the table we had to bring to their attention that the table was not cleaned after the last customer.The food was excellent, delicious, and we enjoyed the time.
We like to hang out and have dinner. The waitress was very friendly. Food was good.

It sucked. I went shortly after midnight on 1/30/22. I asked the waitress straight away about the special they were having on the super slam. I asked if it was still available for 5.99. She told me yes, but when I got to the register she charged me 8.99. I brought it to her attention. She argued with me. Not good customer service. I had to yell at her loudly to get her attention to simply get a coffee refill. It would seem she ignored me as she walked away from the table next to me, so I had to get yell to get her attention. When she did refill my coffee it tasted burnt. The food was unenjoyable as the sausage was hard and chewy. The hash browns were very underdone and barely hot. So I gave one star not only because service was inferior, but so was the food.
Just left and I’m not sure what happened to their service but it’s the worst… The bacon they tried to serve me was so over cooked I could have crumbled it and made bacon ash. My daughter ordered French toast and was disgusted when she ate the top toast and the layer underneath look like someone took a bite. Everything was subpar then when we asked to have that bacon taken off that would’ve had doing an emergency visit to the dentist, the manager was rude…. I wonder if they just tell them “wear all black your the manager today” ??♀️ no apologies no sorry about that I did remove these items from your tab she just waited on us to pay like are we serious right now… I was furious about the service I received tonight.
Seated fast, food was good and hot. Busser was great spilled my coffee and he was quick to save the day! Super nice and cracking jokes.. then went and grabbed me another coffee super quick.. all that before manager and server even knew I spilled my drink. Ill be back for sure
The supervisor was very rude about having to wear a mask as he let his employee stand right there with no mask He came at me and my wife very aggressively and he humiliated us in front of the whole restaurant . I love Denny but i we'll never go back to that location because All the very aggressive management.
