People were a 3/5 seemed to be working long shift but hanging in politely. With that said missed my side of pancackes on my order. Mainly doing the 3 because the waitress had her nails dirty. Imagine getting your food and just seeing a bunch of dirt and grim or whatever it can be under nails holding your plate. Food was great though if we ignore that fact.

I'm acquiring the community about the customer service at Denny's on Parkway in Fresno California. Their service is not as good as it used to be. Two days in a row I ordered over $150 of food from Denny's and It wasn't up to par,Yesterday I ordered a Santa Fe skillet and they gave me a chorizo Skillet with over easy burnt eggs. And today I ordered a familyGrand Slam, a Chicken tender family meal and another Santa Fe skillet. And instead of getting Chicken tenders they gave me Chicken Nuggets. SMHJust to let the community know about their business is shady. Need to report them. Thank you.
2/6/2022. Restaurant on Parkway had multiple cockroaches crawling over the cashier area and the dining area. The couple behind me walked out and were the ones who pointed them out to us. I walked out as well and the order was cancelled. Health department needs to inspect this location before someone gets sick.
Everything we ordered was hot and tasty. Served promptly and with a smile. I had the Santa Fe skillet.
Good food but struggling service. Staff were super nice and helpful but they were understaffed
What an awful experience! I called in advance and after waiting for 45 minutes my cheese sticks and milk shake still weren't done! I can understand if there was a full lobby, but since it was 100% clear of guests, I expected more.. will not return to this location
The worst . Ordered a deacon avacado burger . Only got the beef and lettuce tomato . No mayo nothing and 4 old french fries. My moon my hammy was soggy with scrambled eggs and butter dribbeled down my chin. 30 dollars for food we could not even eat or enjoy.
