I found a bug in my salad years back. They even had us pay for the meal as well smh. Even though this incident occurred years ago, I’m still messed up from it. I’m forever paranoid constantly checking my food first to make sure there’s no bugs in it. Owner insinuated that we brought the bug inside the restaurant, unbelievable. He took no responsibility and put the blame on us. Great business.
Hard for me to give a critique as I only had a diet coke during this visit. My youngest grandson had just graduated from 6th grade so after the promotion ceremony at his school his rooting section decamped to this Denny's. Having just had breakfast before the graduation ceremony I wasn't hungry so just ordered the diet coke. We had to wait for about 20 minutes to be seated which seems kind of unusual at 10:30 on a Friday morning. The food that other people ordered just looked average ＆ they never offered to refill my diet coke. So long wait time, seemingly average food, ＆ average service
I just wanted to share what a great job waitress Bianca did ! She was so responsive! Always checking up on us to make sure we did no need anything else ! Although she was wearing a mask, I could tell she was smiling! Just looking at her eyes told me everything! Thank you Bianca! Really appreciate it! By the way, this restaurant is the best Denny’s in Fresno! I really recommend it to everyone!
Every year my cousin and I o to our favorite Denny's for our free birthday meal. But this year we were tricked.It's not free anymore!!!!!And you must be in their app. If you order a decent meal you end up paying over $10 for your FREE BIRTHDAY MEAL????The manager, Mary , and the waiter Andra,were very friendly and gave wonderful service, but we were not pleased with the company policy. We are both senior citizens and have had many Free Denny's BIRTHDAY meals ? but this year was a disappointment as far as company policy!!
Visited Fresno for a job and stopped at Dennys to get a meal. I was very happy I stopped at this Dennys. Service was great and the food was awesome. The waitress was kind and the food came fast. I recommend this Dennys.
Worst Dennys in fresno. The cook Ray punched a women in the face, and sent another customer to the hospital unconscious. Please be careful when going here. I really hope Dennys dose something about this.
I rarely write reviews, but I was extremely dissatisfied with the service. My Husband and I arrived at 10:15 a.m., and the gal who sat us was pleasant and attentive; however, after that, it was terrible because they forgot to place our order. After an hour and a half, another waitress came by and said they had never placed our order. Meanwhile, the manager, who I assume is his title, remained completely unaware of what had occurred. Nonetheless, we'll make a better decision when it comes to our next dinner.
The service was fast & food were hot & delicious even though they have full house. Keep up the great work. We are willing to drive the extra miles to go and eat at your restaurant!!!!!
Awful service, Tina (our server), took forever to get to our table. The manager finally got our drinks. Tina then comes to the table with an attitude, cakes are order and then has to come back to tell me that they don't have what I ordered, chicken strips how do you not know that you don't have chicken strips for an order when you're at the table. Like I said it seemed like Tina couldn't be bothered to actually do her job...
There food and services has gotten better.
