I've been coming here more recently, usually never really go to Denny's. A real friendly staff that's always on the go. Not sure that's a good thing because I've noticed even when it's not busy they're busy. Hard to get their attention for service sometimes. The food is Denny's quality, so if uve ate at any location u know what to expect. It takes no less than 50 mins to get ur meal. I'll keep going. ???
We are so dissatisfied with management at this place. I suggest looking for someone else to run this restaurant. The cook let my child's burger come out with a moldy bun. One of our plates was chiped and the food was still served with the chipped glass on it. They are way under staffed and our poor server was the only one doing anything at this place. We watched her wait on everyone dining while still hosting and dishing out take out orders. I'd never recommend anyone here. This was not our first bad experience either.
I just witnessed an employee walk out with a 4 or 5 gallon bucket of water, approached a sleeping homeless man and poured the entire bucket over him and walked away. All this while her fellow coworkers (4) had their cameras out laughing. Not only did an employee shame Denny's name, but the entire staff did.I understand the homeless problem in this area, as a city worker I deal with them all the time, but no matter what I do, I always treat them with respect. There are plenty of other methods to rid of their nuisance.
They not seating people due to inspection because they failed to inspection test. So around 1:30pm they have to do sanitation hour . Not waiting and hour just for them to sanitize it . I came from a different riverside county to visit out here and already getting a bad experience.
I’ve been coming to this Denny’s for a while now. They always do a great job. The manger Maggy is running a great restaurant. She always comes & checks up on her customers. I wish every restaurant had a manager that cares as much as she does. She is a true professional. I would recommend this Denny’s to everyone I know
The manager is rude & u can tell in her face the whole time we was there. She needs to be replaced!Gave her employer bad attitude when a simple small error was made by accident. We really like the server & understood her being upset after being treated bad by her boss.
Worst service ever!!!! The host was very rude. I called ahead of time informing them that I will be dining in so when I get there my food would be ready. They said my food will be ready in 20 minutes. I was there in 30 minutes and my food wasn't ready!!! Furthermore, I had to wait an additional half hour for them to prepare my meal witch was packed for a pick up order so I just paid and left very disappointed.....
I only give this a 4 because of given experience with the waitress Selena and Manager Maggie after the fact of waitress Lindsay I believe was her name was rude straight off the bat with my family. First I asked about restroom because they were locked and said they were being cleaned. Okay I get that, but when i ask how long did she anticipate to be done she rudely commented that she didn't know, she wasnt cleaning them. ? completely unnecessary. We were waiting to be seated and Lindsay decided to clean tables before helping us. After about 5 min or so Selena sat us down after helping take out orders. After being seated we didn't get our drink orders in or even acknowledgement from lindsay until we asked. She said she would be right with us and as we waited patiently she was not only cleaning tables again but also cups. After waiting over 20 min to be helped from her we asked for someone else and Selena ended up taking our order and all. After, we were finally half way eating another worker was coming in and smiled at us through window. Turned out it was Manger Maggie who was very pleasant and enjoyable to talk to about my concerns. We believe Lindsay was purposely being rude as we asked her if she was only waitress and didn't even respond. Luckily the only way I'd come back is because Selena and Maggie's great service.
First off i would like to say thank you for remaking my order when i was unable to pick up my order. BUT i would like to leave a complaint about the cook tonight who was not prfessional at all for being on the clock. Had he read the handwritten order or even asked what it said he would have known that he need two orders of onion rings AND know that my teo sandwhiches had seasoned fries. But instead he wants to be using foul language because he didnt know how to read the order correctly. To top it off i was sitting close to where i could hear him talk to the waitress about it and his mask was also below his mouth ?♂️?♂️
New trainee ED is absolutely rude and provides horrible service. He got all of our orders wrong even though they were perfectly deceived off of the menu then blamed that we were too “drunk” for him to understand. We just wanted ordered corrected and he got a major attitude with us.
