Just got my salad and the nasty avocado was hidden underneath the Alfalfa sprouts next time just the the customer know your avocado is bad!!!
I do not recommend visiting this location at all. been there 2x different parts of the day and had to wait 22/25 min. all I ordered was a pastrami sandwich. It had 2 slices of pastrami & alot of mayo/must. I requested cheese as well and it wasn't on the sandwich. I was not going to try to get it fixed. because it may have taken forever. the customer service was horrible! DO NOT recommend!
Made a online order and was told it would be ready in 20min. After 1 1/2hr my order was not ready. After waiting at Deli Delicious and repeatedly telling employee about my wait,, I just ended up telling employee to cancel my order and refund my money. She said they would cancel my order and refund my account.. I never received my refund! If they can't keep up with online orders with the staff on hand TURN OFF ONLINE ORDERS!!!!
I am a Deli Delicious fan. It's a good place to go when you're trying to eat healthy. It's reasonably priced
Placed an order online and went to pick it up. Got in the car and drove away only to realize they gave me turkey instead of the roast beef and mushroom I ordered. Tried to call then and have them start remaking the sandwhich as I drove back and the girl wouldn't listen to what I was asking her to do and just told me to come back and they'd remake it and then hung up. So I drove back the 10 minuted back over there and had to wait for them to remake my sandwhich. Which mistakes happen and it wasn't a big deal until the girl was rude on the phone and I had to sit. To top it off as I was leaving the girl was talking trash and laughing about it.
Disgusting place. Unclean. Workers weren't wearing gloves or masks. Place was unkempt (not swept or wiped down). I turned around and walked right back out. Didn't even order anything.
Walked in at 7:45pm they close at 8. Everything was already put away, but they said I could still get a sandwich. Orderd an pastrami, pepperoni & salami. Got the sandwich actually had to duck under the barrier they had pulled down blocking half the front door. Got to my jobsite and opened box to find out they had gave me a turkey on sprouts with mayo. Looked at clock and knew they were long gone.
Went to this location at 6:50 and ordered a black bean sandwich and the guy at the front told me, they don’t have that sandwich any longer. I knew he was not telling the truth because it’s on the website and I always order before hand, this is the first time I walked in to order. I left went on the website to order online from that location just to see if he was right and it allowed me to place the order. So idk why he would lie and deny business but definitely annoyed. Why hire people who don’t want to do their job or have the information correct. I’m a paying customer and come to this spot a lot especially for lunch or after work. Very disappointed
This place is the worst Deli Delicious ,service is horrible, untrained and rude stuff, my sandwich was all lettuce and hardy any meat or sauce, zero stars
I love deli delicious for there quality sandwichesBut this location should not be a representative of there name. I got my sandwich, first bite was so bad it made me go back and tell them to remake the sandwich to the correct order got my second sandwich and they didnt put in the meat i ordered. This was my experience with the jensen and 99 location please go to another location where there are properly trained in making quality sandwiches. Thank you
