I won’t be back to this location, I bought a large (12”) sandwich and wanted it cut in thirds. They refused. I asked for cheddar and they gave me Kraft singles. That’s not even cheese! My sandwich was skimpy. I usually can’t keep my sandwich closed when I order from other locations. This really was the worst location I’ve visited. The cashier was friendly, but that was it.

Multiple sandwiches were ordered but none of them were marked so we could tell which was which. With Covid so rampant we should not have to be opening or touching everyone’s sandwich to figure out who they belong too. Staff was rude when we asked about it.

Hit or miss... sometimes good, other times not so much. Veggie or the albacore are highly recommended.

Great place food is awesome and the price is fantastic! Great staff

Ive tried to give this location multiple chances, i live close by and everytime i order they manage to mess it up. they never toast the hot sandwiches and they give you the same amount of fries for a half and a full size (since i always get half and my partner gets full) it ridiculous. not to mention the hours are completely unreliable and they usually close up really early or dont open at all.

The food was great. Only problem was they put things on one of the sandwiches that we said we didn't want. Didn't give us the cookies we payed for.

I tried them a while ago different location and the sandwich was great, but for some reason it didn't taste the same she over did it with the bean sprouts. But hey it still okay sandwich. A bit pricey.

Cashier asked would I be willing to wait 20 + minutes for my order. Its lunchtime.

They don’t know how to treat a customer, they don’t greet the customers as they come in. They are very plane, don’t smile to customers plus they took so much time for what I order.

Very rude, the people who work were making fun of one lady who went to supervise. I would asume the lady was the owner. They stared talking very bad about her and laughing, that is very disrespectful and if I was the owner I would not have people like that working for me. Plus as soon as she left they turn down their mask in which I believe I will not go there again. I just don’t like to encounter that type of people. By the way I would recommend a sign that said you guys are open o lot of people don’t pay attention to the ones on the window so on the side of the restaurant will be nice so people can see and you get more clients. Plus if you can put something that covers the back room where everything is stored so it does doesn’t look ugly.
