I got here at 7:50 the nice girl with black hair was going to take my order when they other girl with glasses and brown blonde hair called her back to just so she can tell me they were close when she could have done it her self like why call the girl to the back when she was just trying to do her job I use to work a DELI D too and we would always take our last costumer until right at 8 on the dot so..? Like I know it’s hard sometimes especially when your about to close but girl u could have told me yourself not pull the girl to the back just to have her tell me. Like I under stand I been there but at least be nice about it .
I order often and every time they get the order wrong. Stopped by to give it another shot and the csr was not pleasant.
Im from out of town and they got my order wrong. I ordered a sandwich with everything except Mayo. When I got home and opened it it was just bread meat and cheese. I called the next day and the lady handled the situation very professionally. I went in the next time i was in town and they remade it without making me feel uncomfortable.
I love their sandwiches, but have had many issues with the Ashlan and Brawley store. Will not do business here, they have said they will not hire older people, it's not the criteria they are looking for and older employees give them problems. Dont go here, this is not the only problems I have encountered.
They open till late. Came from madera to get their pesto chicken. Madera closes early. Thank you for good service as well.
This place used to be really good, but the past couple years everytime I've gone or ordered they always forget something on my BBQ tri-tip sandwich. It's a very simple sandwich only comes with tri-tip, provolone cheese, BBQ sauce and mayo. Four things go on this sandwich and without fail they forget 1 or 2 of the 4. Today they only gave me a SMALL amount of DRY/CRUSTY MEAT! No mayo, no provolone cheese and not even BBQ SAUCE. The meat also is bad everytime I go/order it's never enough to begin with but I can never even eat all of what I do get because it's one or more ; dry, rubbery, crusty, burnt!
I was not allowed to ask the difference between two sandwiches… the young lady almost asked me how dare I ask a question. She almost asked me if I was stupid or blind she obviously hates here and I had not the slightest clue why she was suffering and she just didn’t try for a less customer service job. She was so angry with me and I just wanted a sandwich. God bless her tho. Shift*employees do not wear name tags
Love the sandwiches here. A little to pricey but it's well worth it. Enjoy
Theeee slowest deli d I’ve ever been to. Wasted my whole hour lunch. 40 minutes I waited for a spinach wrap & 1/2 order of fries. The other people in the lobby that were there before me seated finally got their food at the end of my wait & were complaining they “waited 30 minutes for this? There’s no meat in this sandwich.” Awful. 10/1” not going here again.
