First time here. I wanted to grab a sandwich and soup to enjoy while watching NBA playoffs. I got the roast beef sandwich with all the condiments except pickles. For me, it could have used a little more mayo. And the tomato basil soup --omg-- to die for!!The best soup I have ever had from a restaurant!
Google wont let me leave a one star... I would leave negative stars if possible, this location is CONSTANTLY closing early, messing up one orders then hanging up on people who call to get it fixed, refusing to use fryers and grills if its within 2 hours of closing time and just laughing in your face if you complain. Asked to speak to manager and was told no
Maybe it was just a bad time of day? Soda machine flat no swiss n Dutch crunch not so crunch. 13 bucks later it just wasnt worth it. The ladies behind the counter were nice.
Today was a very busy day, especially during lunch. There was people sitting for their food, a long line, and only three workers. The Asian girl who was working on the sandwiches noticed how long the line was and jumped in to help the cashier to take orders. She was constantly going back and forth. I like how she was a team player. My sandwich was also PERFECT!
Customer service and sandwiches at this location could be better. Ordered tuna with sprouts and cream cheese and avocado and the avocado was no existent.

Complete professionalism somthing vary hard to find, Thank you so much to the assistant MGR Shua for her help all I got from corporate was the runaround. I went form never wanting to due biussnes with this store to ok I will give it anouther chance. Refunds due Matter especially when you did not receive something. Online purchace but store was actually closed on the pertinent day. You can never trust the online open or closed....

Forgot 1 sandwich, and went back in to tell them. They made it fast but now my fries are good. I asked for extra mayo. There was still hardly any mayo, a very dry sandwich. I won't be back

SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES AND THE EMPLOYEES COME AND GO AS THEY PLEASE, MAKE THEIR OWN RULES AND DO NOT HONOR ORDERS TAKEN BY A "MACHINE"!
