I was in the area and needed something I could eat on the fly and the drive thru was empty...Del Taco & my problem solved. The menu was a bit tough to solve in that I'm unfamiliar with it but I managed to order a Beef Burrito that started to fall apart the moment I sank my teeth into it. I scooped up what was in my lap, put everything back in the bag and drove the 15 minutes to my destination and gobbled it up. I'll admit, it was pretty tasty and I'm sure at some point I'll have another.
F**k Del Taco!!!Chicken tacos sounded good so I checked the website for the Thursday special.Still 3 tacos for $2.49. Went up a little but not bad.Ordered 6 tacos, the price was almost $8.The explanation was corporate prices are different from franchise prices.Not for me. Lost a customer forever. Bye
I love this place! Just barely a mile down the road from me it’s perfect! I went through the drive thru around 1-11-21 in the morning and the most amazing human being was working the window of the drive thru and his name was Russell!! This fine handsome gentleman has upper management all over his face in the up coming future!! He made me feel happy to be getting my breakfast from there that morning. He’s a young strapping young lad that has to be in his mid 20’s but could easily pass for 45 easy. Now I consider that a compliment!! Russell needs a raise or promotion!! The world needs more people like him. So this del taco has some one there that is really special and I’m sure he can make some delicious tacos and burritos as well as have a warm friendly personality and can count back change like a black Jack dealer in Las Vegas!! Your a fine human being Russell!! Keep rocken that beard and continue to make the fast food industry proud!! And thank you for the extra mild sauce!! Russell for president!!! Del taco president.???
2nd time I used their app and when I went in to get my food they told me I didn't order drinks, but I could prove to them on the app I did. They really cannot get their act together here. The food is ok, but aren't to nice if you have a problem.
Always unprofessional and takes forever. Their speaker at the drive through has been broken forever and make ordering a real chore. If you paid your people better and fixed your equipment your profits would make up for it. But I imagine I’m not the only one who avoid this place for those reasons.

Went to pick up an order and the cashier was very helpful I don't eat there alot so she was very good with me and explaining to me the difference in there burrito ? they had to offer I was not picking up for myself so I had to get a certain kind of burrito ? and she was great ? service and got my order right ?
I have been coming to this location for years but Saturday I had such a bad experience. I had a large order (it wasn't busy) so I went through the drive through. Gave my order and when it was repeated back it wasn't correct so I let them know and repeated it again. I was told they had it right and went to the window. The total seemed high but I didn't get to look at the receipt until I got home. I was charged for a meal I didn't order and wasn't even given what I was charged for. The person working seemed very annoyed that I wanted to be sure my order was right. I tried calling but no one answered so I'm stuck overpaying for food I didn't get.
