Rudy the engineer at the hotel was amazing he went above and beyond anything a hotel worker should or would do. I have a 4x4 full size pick up truck with a rather tall lift kit on it and the last day of our 5 day stay I had a problem with my truck that involved pushing my truck. And Rudy came out and help my husband push. He definitely deserves kudos. The hotel was as awesome as the staff. We will definitely stay here again.
Good hotel, has a pool and a gym. The breakfast was good. The ac or the fridge was a bit too loud and it would’ve been nice to know where to drop off the used towels.
Pretty disappointed. As a very active traveler, in the Marriott chain of hotels, this was towards the bottom in service. From the time I checked in, till I left, I very much felt like a $$$/# to the staff. No reference to status, no thanks for staying. Oh well... It happens. But I won't be staying here again.Rooms: 4/5
I called to book a room and called. The lady who answered was difficult to understand. In the middle of talking about booking a room, she transferred me without telling me. The next person who answered apologized but she hung up on me. No one called me back so frustrated, I called Hilton!
100% satisfied and zero complaints about my two-night experience in this hotel. Was in town for a concert but needed to work by day, and the staff went out of their way to ensure I'd have a quiet room for work calls/Zoom meetings by day and restful sleep by night. Wonderful Ahjeah assisted me both by phone in advance and during my arrival on site and was amazing - so professional, helpful and gracious in addressing my requests. Also, when I needed to check out but had more one more work video call before hitting the road, Valentina & Ahjeah generously coordinated and made it possible for me to quickly use a spare business room to complete work needs. As a professional, their great professionalism meant a lot! While the hotel is an older building, the recent remodel is great; the interior was all new and also spotlessly clean. I wouldn't likely have known the hotel was older had they not told me so when I complimented the interior. My room was quiet with zero highway noise despite the hotel's proximity to the 41 onramp. The housekeeping staff must be wonderful, because my room was spotlessly clean. Clean carpet, clean sofa, clean bedding, towels, bathroom - all spotless. If you're headed to Fresno for work or for fun or both as in my case, I highly recommend this hotel for a clean, comfortable stay with excellent, professional staff who care about your nice experience here. I'll stay at this hotel whenever I need to head back to Fresno! Thank you, staff, for everything.
It was an ok experience. Room was cozy, the pool was clean. Out door seat is cozy. The location wasn't the best but conveniently close to the shopping mall and plenty of food choices.Rooms: 3/5
Easy check in, friendly staff, clean rooms. Highly recommend, location is easy to get to anywhere in Fresno. We were visiting CSU Fresno for my soon to be college student and stayed the night here.
Immaculate property and clean rooms this place was extremely easy to stay with. The beds are very comfortable in the sheets are soft.Given the nature of my business I had to take a nap during the middle of the day and the room was completely dark thanks to the black out blinds.There was a Starbucks in the lobby and that made this experience 10 of 10
This was a surprisingly little gem found. The remodel is very nice rooms are clean and pleasant staff was very friendly. The bistro had a good variety of food to either go or eat inside. Will certainly stay again went in the area.
