We've picked up food several times. The service is always great, the prices are reasonable, the staff are very friendly/ helpful, the restaurant is clean and they serve the best burgers in town. If you're tired of paying a lot of money for cold French fries then you have to try this place.
Excellent meal for the price you pay. I paid like $10.50 for a sandwich and fries (what can you actually buy for ten bucks nowadays?). Good portion size, tasted great. Plus I was digging the music (classic rock up to the mid 90s).
To be paying nearly $100 for my food, I expected better service for a first time experience for my family and I. I ordered in store and I didn’t get all that I asked for. Had to go back and correct my order after waiting nearly half an hour for it to be wrong. Paid for my food and got it but didn’t get the ranch I bought so I went back and asked for it. On a nearly $100 order, was asked to go out to find my receipt for 3 small containers of ranch after they had seen me more than 3 times within an hour. Absolutely ridiculous.
When the bathroom is out back and you need to have the key on the wrench to use it…You know this place is going to be good! This was my first time and I will keep this place on my list for when I am in Fresno! The staff was very nice and helpful and they seem like they all get along with each other. I understand that most people don’t find joy or value in their fast food job, but the staff here today seem and give off that they all do care about their job and truly give their best efforts to us customers. Really enjoyed this place and would highly recommend to all!
Great friendly staff, no Service Dog issues always very clean inside... plus awsome burgers and fries.
One of the very few and best burger joints in town. With friendly faces behind the counter working hard to serve and please every customer that walks through their door. If you have a big boy appetite and crave a great, juicy and flavorful burger, I highly recommend Colorado Grill. I also highly recommend a triple or quad boulder. Either will hit the spot for sure. If you want to up it up a notch ask for big handfuls of pastrami between the patties. Steak fries are bomb as well as the root beer and lemonade.
So im on a mission to find the best burgers in town. This was my first place. The burger was very good itself. I actually really liked the patty. The bun was too small for the patty on the big burger, i like when i get some bun in every bite lol. The seasoned curly fries were very good, but a bit salty for my choice. I would eat both again tho. Very good food.
I love Colorado Grill. Always have, always will. For my money, they have the best burger in town by far. However, I wish to high heaven that they never changed the bun on the Boulder. The new bun (which has been on the Boulder for some time now) does not compliment the burger in the least. It's far too substantial and durable for my taste. There was an art to consuming a classic Boulder burger with the old bun. The bun was light, fluffy, and in no way challenged the composition of the burger, it just complimented it. Anyhow, me complaining about the "new" bun is like moaning about the frame on the Mona Lisa. Ridiculous! Anyways it's just my personal preference. Colorado Grill is still and always was the best! Hell, I used to be a regular back when it was Fat Burger! I'll shut up now.
This is only due to service while ordering today was the worst I called and a lady answered and put me on hold for over 10 minutes. I then hang up and call again and no answer after some many calls back nothing. I work nearby and I usually call every week and get several orders been doing this all the time their food is great and service inside is awesome but on the phone it's being to become awful.
The food is great and staff is amazing! Logan took my order, he was patience and helping me decide on what to order. The vibe is great well! When they took my order they all sounded happy! Lol Can't wait to come back and try other things!
