When it comes to ice cream this place will always be one of my top go to places. Son had the lucky ? charms ice cream in a waffle cup, mom had vanilla and strawberry in waffle cup as well, and I had the cheesecake mixed with strawberries and pecans in cup ????
Y'all need to correct your closing and opening times because it closed a full hour earlier than what is stated online and wasted my time and gas. Changing the time at the physical store does nothing for people who are simply passing through and aren't frequent visitors.
Got my order wrong and gave me some pumpkin carmel apple pecan pie nasty concoction when all I wanted was chocolate shavings lmao, then was offered a $1.50 refund. After I chatted with doordash I got a $6 refund that i have to wait a week for, and still didn't cover the cost of the item ?
Loved it! Creamy ice cream! Sorbet was a little tart and I mixed it with strawberry ice cream. It was delicious! Made my day!

Felt extremely rushed to order. Several workers just stood there waiting for me to order & made me feel horrible for asking questions. Will not come again.
First time there today around 7:45 pm and felt extremely rushed by workers. All 5 workers were standing there to just make one order. The gentleman that was present at the time was helpful and patient with us. However the other workers didn’t bother to let us know how Coldstone remotely operated. Please learn to be patient with customers and let them have a good first experience.
Horrible experience felt super rushed with three children in tow when all we wanted was some ice cream. And wasn’t given a to go lid with none of our orders ice cream melted on every single one of us.
