A been a regular at Chong’s for over 10 years. The last year it has gone downhill. They changed everything. Everything is very salty, their sweet and sour sauce is generic and flavorless now, and portions seem smaller too - it’s really terrible. Very sad to say but after three bad experiences I will not be back. So long to one of my favorite Fresno traditions.
This has been an excellent restaurant for me to go the last 10 years I went there about six months ago ordered a combination plate and when I got it home and opened it and when I started to eat it it taste like it was burnt. And thought they’ve always done a good job here I’ll try him again. I picked up a combination plate yesterday and it tasted burnt or like it was cooked in old oil and everything was covered with his burnt brown layer. Unfortunately this will be the last time I go there
The food tasted really good and had some good flavor. Service was fast and food was ready pretty quickly. I only can give 3 out of five because I got severe food poisoning after eating here.
Best Chinese food in Fresno! After moving away, my friends and I always get Chong's when we reunite. We've been eating here for 10 years and the quality of the food has NEVER been anything but the best!

I'm truly pleased. This is the first Chinese Restaurant that has not let me down in the 10 years I been here. I got the Pepper Steak and shrimp fried rice. Along with some egg rolls ? Very pleased.
One of best places to go. I love their honey walnut shrimp, their chow mein is great and fried rice is good too. I recommend it.

Worst chinese around with the weirdest foul taste! Not good at all. A big waste of money. Dont do it!
