Very fast order clean and friendly place
Worst Chick Fil A in all of Fresno. Lot was full, as always, so I had to park in a non-curbside space with my hazards on. After half an hour they still didn’t bring out the order, and I had to re-park in a curbside spot for them to even see me. As soon as I did, they came out within a minute with the food cold AND gave me the wrong sandwich. 0 stars, not even 1.
LOVE chick fil a, first of all. So simple and so delicious. Great recipe, nicely buttered bun, pickles, chicken seasoning, ooooh yeah!!! LOVE the new curbside option. I always order from the app before I head that way, the order starts when you reach near the intersection of the restaurant, type in the little curb number (1-50, 60??? So many spaces!!!) and then they just bring it out to your vehicle!!! Glutinous America at its finest. The -1 star is for all the times you forget my delicious brownie.. that sucks. And for being closed on Sundays… you know how many times we crave chick fil a on family day? Girrrrl. It’s just too good.
Wow. I went there to get a quick bite, the lady at the counter told me it would be a 25-30 minute wait. What the hell? Worst experience ever. Would definitely not recommend. Place has really gone downhill. If they can't get food out fast, close the lobby. Poor poor poor service and lady had a bad attitude. If no stars were a choice, I would give that.
Never ever ever ever come here again! The wait time is ridiculous. We ordered 2 combos at 1:10pm it is now 1:55 and we are still waiting. I’m sure they are short staffed and I understand, it’s the owner/ mangers responsibility to hire more staff in order to accommodate these ridiculous wait times.Save yourself time and go to In N Out instead.(no I don’t work for a in n out)
We had a wonderful experience. I brought a whole group of ladies from my church after a wonderful day of worship service they are in Fresno. A lot of the ladies had never even been to Chick-fil-A. There was a lot of people there and there was a long line and a long wait for the food but when the food was delivered it was definitely worth it as always please bring Chick Fil A to Visalia

This is the second time my fiancé and I have tried to order chick fil a and they keep messing up the order in the same way. We did not take pictures the first time (we just had a very disappointing meal) but this time we decided to take a picture and also took the meal back for a refund. Is what we’re ordering difficult? I order a grilled chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun. I got the grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato in a container and no gluten free bun. And my fiancé ordered the deluxe which is supposed to have everything on it; and he received a chicken patty and a pickle in a bun. I don’t understand where the miscommunication is but it appears our order on the receipt is correct…just not the food…twice now. I keep hearing how good chick fil a is but at this point my fiancé doesn’t want to go back and frankly I’m hesitant now too. Just wondering if other people are having any issues with their orders?
Always good! They are very consistent and even though their drive thru line is long they're fast. And their Mac n cheese is delicious.
