We loved our experience at CDT Cocina ! The vegan tacos and tamales are delicious and definitely worth to try it. Really nice place in Tower :)
So good! Main thing here are their tamales but the tacos are so good as well. I love the cauliflower tacos here, fried crispy and the perfect crunch. The tortillas are homemade. Everything is so high quality. We went for a la carte but you can also get as a plate with rice and beans. The prices are very reasonable. Their cocktail menu looks delicious, we shared the watermelon margarita and it was so refreshing. For $7 for a cocktail this is the best deal in Tower for amazing hand crafted quality drinks. I loved Casa De Tamales, same great food, kicked up a notch in presentation and atmosphere!
VEGAN TAMALES! That's all you need to know. This is one of the best vegan spots I have ever been to. The tamales are incredibly flavorful and the service is amazing. You can make the salads fully vegan as well. Highly recommend the mushroom tamale. The Farmers Market is also good.
One of my favorite spots for vegan food in Fresno. Try the cauliflower tacos and the Chile releno. Everything I've had here is great. Oh and beans and rice are vegan too. Staff is awesome.and prices are.good too..
Truly my favorite tamales. I've tried so many flavors and never had one I didn't like. Love that they don't use lard and have so many vegan/vegetarian flavors as well!
Only tamales I have eaten other than my mother's... a bit pricey.
New remodel looks great and super clean! Still the only dedicated gluten free place in town as far as I know. Parking tends to be difficult every time I have went lately, but at least there are the 2 reserved slots for curbside if nothing else. It looks like the outdoor seating is gone, but maybe it will come back? I definetely prefer the super clean new indoor seating though! Food is good as usual. They have been doing a lot of expanded menu between superbowl and valentines and Mardi Gras and such, that is always a welcome treat. I just wish they still did food truck in Clovis.
Just tried CDT for the 1st time, I got their Vegan tamales, one was spinach and artichoke and the other was portabello and brocolli, I got the beans and rice and Cucumber Lemonade with it. The tamales were good, I loved the pineapple salasa they added on top. The interior of the restaurant was really beautiful, nice place to have dinner. They also have a margarita bar, I got my food to go, I will have to dine in eventually. The service was great, located in the heart of Tower District in Fresno. I'LL be back to try their other vegan tamales. The rice was tasty and the beans were whole pinto beans, which I love. The two item plate was $10.50, very affordable.

Tamales are yummy! Plenty of vegetarian tamales options as well! I had to wait 30minutes to pickup my tamales on Christmas Eve even though I ordered ahead of time, that was super frustrating but other than that it was a great experience! Highly recommend!!!
