2nd time in 30 days I've ordered online from BWW.. 2nd time they got my order wrong. Sure food is good, but can I get what I ordered? Anyway, beware when not dining in...their order accuracy is lacking.
I've Never left a bad review until Now!!! If I can leave zero stars I would!! We've always come to this location cause it's convenient to us Not sure if there's new workers,lazy workers ,or don't give a **** workers .. But we Never had a problem till last night (2-24-2022) we dined in me and my family ordered bone-in wings mozzarella sticks etc.. the food wasn't hot wasn't tasty and soon after our stomachs were aching.. we rushed home to ? ,The next day we feel like we got food poisoning .. looked up side effects and Yup we do?.. Will Never Eat at This Place again.. Plus The server's weren't friendly . Very moody!.. Be Careful coming to this location everyone..

Came here for my son's 21st birthday. The server was awesome. I hadn't seen my son in a while so it took us a bit to even look at the menu and the server was very understanding and never rushed us. The food was good except the nachos LOL
I've always been hesitant about trying this place. I'm not normally a fan of Buffalo Wings, but I figured we'd give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised with the boneless 10 piece bundle. I had the garlic parmesan and fries, it was pretty good. The chicken is moist, and lightly breaded with a lightly spiced sauce. There was a good long wait for someone to come to the front counter to assist with takeout.
Loved all the TV monitors... food not so much. Too salty and the smell of vinegar made me want to hurl. Wait staff was very nice but we received one part of our order and had to wait another 30 minutes for the second. I will not be returning.
First review ever. If I could give 0 starts I would. I am not one to write reviews, but this place really deserves one. We had a party of 8. 3 on each side, a baby on the end, and my dad on the other end. The waitress had my dad sit in other table next to us because "there were no people on the end of the table allowed for safety issues" Mind you, we have a baby on the opposite end who appears to not be a "safety issue". She proceeds to call a manager only to have the manager reiterate what she has already said and state that these unfortunately are "rules". My dad is then moved to the table beside us (a 2 seater) only to have him sit facing the exact direction he was originally in and also on the END of the table. Literally just skoot left to ANOTHER end table. I was really saddened by this as the whole point is for us to eat together as a family. Our food all came at very significantly different times - the latest after 50+ minutes after the first had been served. The waitress forgot our 3 large orders of fries (said they were frying but was somehow still serving fries to the table in front of us who had arrived much later than we did) and brought us the wrong order for one of the plates. At this point we were very upset but remained kind and patient. Understood they were probably busy. But guess what? They weren't or must not have been because our waiter seemed to have a party of 3-4 gathered in the drink station just talking away. They never apologized and justified their actions with a $5 dollar discount. I'm sorry, but this is type of treatment is not okay. Especially after paying $100+ and having the - what feels like an obligation regardless of experience nowadays - to TIP. The fast-food industry is no joke, I've been in it - so if you were the waitress or manager and are reading this, DO BETTER. We pay our hard-earned money for it. I'm not asking you to lick my toes or feed me by spoon. I'm just asking that you do your job efficiently and be more conscious of the treatment you give your customers and how they feel walking away. Nothing was said to them, bill was paid in full, and we will definitely not be returning.
Ordered 20 bone-in/traditional BBQ wings and 20 boneless mango habanero with fries and 8 sides of ranch for delivery. When my order arrived the fries were cold and hard, there were 5 sides of ranch and 40 bone-in traditional BBQ wings. The sticker said my order was even verified by someone and signed off. I will not order from them again.
Every time I go I'm always well served. I just have a suggestion to make, they should put more wings than drumsticks. By the way thank you for the great service always....
