Very nice staff, clean, and great service. Ramen was very delicious. I got spicy Tonkotsu and a Teriyaki Chicken Bao. The Bao was *chefs kiss*. Small menu but big flavor. Definitely recommend.

I believe that this place has much potential to become a great ramen shop. The customer service was good and was welcoming. Bathrooms were clean for those who care. I believe if they add more options on the menu for the ramen such as mushroom or different options for noodles then it would have made my experience more satisfying. If they could also add condiments to the tables such as siracha or hoisin it would add to the experience. Maybe even different spice levels because I am a big fan of really hot things and their spice was only oil and tajin. All in all a great setting with great people and room to improve.

Me and my wife were trying to find some good ramen spots and we stumbled upon Brothers. The reviews looked good so we went to try it. The Ramen isn’t anything special, you could definitely make a better version at home. The flavor is lack luster. The additional charge for the basics of a ramen like an egg is quite ridiculous. The outcome was we ended up with sour stomachs for that day and the next after this food. Would highly recommend trying other spots over this.

This place is I would say a hidden gem but a huge piece of gold right smack dab in the perfect place. Most important thing you need to know the ramen has been in the making for over 12 hours by the time it reaches you. The main chef trained in Japan. There’s no bullion cubes here. Plus all the owners and employees are so chill it’s a great environment. Don’t miss out on this place if you think you know ramen… I challenge you to try this place and not change your mind.

What I found interesting is the Karaage. It was unexpectedly good. The way the lemon added this layer of flavor to the very distinct Japanese ingredients already flavoring the meat was nice. The noodle. You get to choose to add your own toppings, and each come with additional charge. I don’t think there was anything special. It was a nice bowl of noodle, but not something I can’t get over. I must commend the fact thar the soup didn’t have that over stewed, salty flavor. Usually in the evening some restaurants don’t change their soup and the soup is left very salty. The soup in this instance tasted neutral like it should.Lastly, they don’t serve tea. I’m so use to ordering hot tea with my Ramen, I walked away feeling slightly disappointed. It didn’t feel complete. But after experiencing the vibe of the place, I understand that serving hot tea with noodle is not the aim.

First time here. Very friendly. Good food.

My wife and I tried this place after we got hooked on Ramen recently. Our go-to spot was closed so we tried Brothers for the first time.It was pretty disappointing. The added ingredients were lacking, overall flavor was okay, but the biggest issue we had was with the portions. Normally I struggle to finish my order and my wife has enough for two meals. We both easily ate this meal in one sitting. Not advocating for quantity over quality, but considering our order was lacking in both departments, we felt shorted. We may try them again at somepoint, but only if our options are limited...

My first time visiting Brothers Ramen. The food was excellent. I knew it was going be so Good that I ordered Extra Noodles before trying the Shoyu. I'm definitely going back

Favorite ramen spot in Fresno! Bowls are delicious and plentiful, and price is reasonable. I always go for the Tonkotsu with a soft boiled egg and spicy add-on. Also, the seasoned side of bean sprouts are super yummy! Service is speedy and pleasant every time.

Best ramen shop in town! Can't get any more authentic than this!
