The WORST chicken carver. I almost pulled over and walked in to show the staff how to make a sandwich. I know it’s not their fault—but this place needs the actual owners to come in and look at their food. I was so disappointed; barely there cold cheese, like a smudge of (Mayo?), a withered tomato, and bread that was tasteless. I actually chewed the bread and spit it out. The Mac and cheese was so salty and worse than Kraft. I almost washed and remade it but then I realized stripped at it’s core it’s just flour which turns to straight sugar. Never again.

The food I ordered was really good. My complaint were the small portion sizes. I nearly paid $20 for what they called a half chicken and it wasnt. The sides were not even filled to the top of the container. Always disappointed when the price merits my getting more food, not less. It's ok to be at least fair (in portions) or even generous....you'll get more business, not less.

The front door was locked. No sign or any reason for it. There was an employee sitting at a table right by the door. Completely ignored me wouldn’t look at me or acknowledge my existence in any way. A simple explanation on why it was closed is all I wanted. A sign would have sufficed or acknowledgment. Something.

Absolutely terrible experience. I arrived in line and waited 35 minutes to get to the speaker. When I arrived I was told they were out of stock of 80% of the things I wanted to order (that’s fine, supply chain issues). However, after waiting another 20 minutes to get to the window I was given no apology for the wait. When I first pulled up no one greeted me until 3-5 minutes had passed. And that “greeting” was the employee taking my outstretched card. He then proceeded to say nothing and close the window. 5/10 minutes later my food was handed to me and the employee said “have a good day” and closed the window. I imagine the employees were overwhelmed and stressed with the lack of product. However, they could have made a concerted effort to ramp up customer service to at least not make it seem like us, as customers, were the inconvenience.

I was there on Thanksgiving Day around late morning. The line was out the door and almost around the building, but service was quick. The food was delicious and I was in and out in about 30 minutes.

Google says they close at 10 but be careful. Went to the drive-thru at 8 to be told they were closed already.. disappointed. At least update the times online if you're going to close 2 hours before the stated time.

I've gone here several times in the past few months. I always have to order something else since they never have what I want in stock.Secondly, please use some lubricant on the drive-thru window. That screeching sound is ridiculously loud everytime it's open.Good thing the chicken is good.

Place was a mess! Portions tiny, barely game hen size. No cornbread even though menu board says it is included with dinners. THEN they offered to sell me a box of a dozen cornbread. SCAM! Will not go back.

To Roland And Ms Gloria. Thanks So Much For Your Professionalism And Patience On Thanksgiving. There Was No Record Of The Order Because The Manager Placed The Order But Never Paid For It. Thanks So Very Much To You Two For Making Sure That The Seniors At The Hospice Had Hot Turkey And Gravy For Thanksgiving 1 Hour Before Dinner Was To Be Served. I Will Always Love And Respect You Both For Your Efforts That Day. It Was A Hard Day But You Both Did Your Absolute Best To Help Me To Get The Seniors Fed.
