I had a coupon for Saturday deal where you buy a meal with a drink and get a free second meal. The cashier who she said that has been working for Boston market for 23 years not familiar with this kind of coupon. She started arguing with me. I told the arguing cashier that I've been coming to Boston market market for 6 year. She thinks she knows it all.
I bought the????family meal for four and it was delicious!!!!! I have NEVER ???eaten here. My kids LOVE THE CHICKEN AND VEGGIES!!!!!! SO GOOOOOOOD!!!!!! THE POT PIE IS? AMAZINGLY SCRUMPTIOUS!!!!!!!!!!???THANK YOU STAFF!!!!! YOUR LITTLE HANDS MAKE MIRACLE'S!!!????I AM SO GLAD I DIDNT HAVE TO COOK CRAZY LIKE AND SPEED OFF TO WORK??I CAN FINALLY RELAX FOR 10 MINS???THEN OFF TO WORK I GO? AGAIN. THANKS FOR HAVING MY BACK BOSTON MARKET!!!???TOTALLY MAKE LIVES EASIER?????
Keep ur $$! Literally shooketh at the serving sizes n the prices. All I wanted was a hearty home cooked meal instead I got this. Recovering from an injury &can’t do much of my own cooking, but seriously!!?? BM Was good back in the day, what happened? Paid almost 16$ for what tastes like & looks like a microwave meal.
My holiday pre-order was not ready. Matter of fact they ran out of chicken and salad. There was no apologies or accommodations made for the inconvenience. Plus, I ordered curbside and no one came out to bring the order. I had to go inside to find out that my order wasn't ready and going to be another 25 minutes. Very poor customer service!!
I don't live in Fresno. On my way to my hotel, I passed the one on Bullard. Yah, haven't been to a BM in years.I got my standard turkey [ it's hard to find turkey in restaurants ] with creamed spinach & sweet potato casserole. Yummo !** Don't forget your senior d/c !!
Thanksgiving dinner pre ordered.. Turkey, meatloaf, ham. mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, cranberry sauce, gravy, dinner rolls, apple pie & pumpkin pie for less than $160 fed 12 people all had a second helping of one dish or another & let me tell you everything was delicious. All I had to add was dressing! My family & friends were all pleasantly surprised & most importantly..I spent the day relaxing..not cleaning the kitchen!!! Will definitely do this again next year!
Worst service ever. I'm a regular customer but yesterday I got my meal and it was aweful. I called the store and spoke to someone about the meal. They told me to come back tomorrow and Gloria the manager would replace my meal. Well, I go in today to have my meal replaced and the manage, Oliva refuses to honor the meal replacement. I told her that she just lost a customer. She acted like she didn't care to lose a customer that comes in at least a couple times a week.

Terrible experience. Place was dark, lights not working, stinks, workers were extremely rude to everyone. Food was cold and tasted horrible. Will never come back. I just hope I don’t get sick from the food I just ate. I came around 8pm and they still had 2 hours til closing. Absolutely disgusting.
Delicious everything. Love the selection from chicken, meat loaf or turkey. So many side dishes to choose from. Sweet potato casserole is my favorite. Fresh corn bread. Always hot and fresh. Great customer service.
