The hostess doing the to-go orders was very friendly and nice. I appreciated her service. The rest of the staff were socially awkward or just ignored you.Our waiter was working too hard for a tip and kept walking up to us as we were biting our food.The avocado egg rolls were good.The turkey bacon burger was good. They could have provided more fries on the plate but inflation is impacting everyone.
Came into the restaurant 2 nights ago. Atmosphere was great, everyone seemed really lively and talkative so it was comfortable for me. Was happy with how many options there were for food and drinks, the quality was far above average, definitely left with a happy tummy. To top it all off the girl that was helping me, pretty certain her name was Ashley, was on point! Her recommendations for food and drinks were on spot for me! Her positive vibe and genuine concern about me as a customer was key as well, never felt like I was waiting on her more so felt like she was always waiting on me. Would definitely love to come back and have a great experience again!
Came on mother's day so take it with a grain of salt. Service was acceptable for a holiday. We had a party of like 30 people so....we had the loaded nachos but we got everything on the side so it wasn't that great because a lot of the chips were burnt. HOWEVER when i built my little nacho plate it taste way better. Calamari was good. My 13 year old liked it. I was so "in want of food" that i didn't get a pic before everyone dug in. Shrimp scampi was good. Flavor was gentle. I like my pasta poppin. I don't want subtlety. I enjoyed the Strawberry lemonade. My brother said he doesn't like lemonade made with real strawberries lmbo. My poor baby waited over an hour for his burger and they got it wrong twice. When our Nachos first came out they were given to the wrong group of us. They said nachos but didn't say specifically what nachos. We were the only ones who ordered our sauces on the side. Bruh. They brought my nieces sandwich hecka late and she is pregnant. She had to wait about 45 minutes. At first one server lied and said they brought it but she was asleep. Ok so everyone around her didn't speak up for her and let her food go back. No cuz i was listening for her order. She pregnant bruh. This is why I don't go anywhere on holidays. However, they comped my sons food because everyone had eaten before my babies food came out to go. Overall I would return on someone else's dime because Im cheap.
this is our First time we did order spaghetti and meatballs plate and also garlic bread it's so good taste we decided give them 100% we will going back again it's good taste all stuff.
had a great time celebrating my husband's birthday. made reservations the day before and our table was ready on time. our food and drinks took long to come out but we did have a large party and only one waitress so that was understandable. our waitress was very nice and helpful she also checked on us often.
This restaurant was highly recommended by the hotel that we were using so went for dinner. We were made to wait at the entrance even though we could see many empty tables and staff casually visiting amongst themselves. When seated our drink orders were taken and in due course our meal orders were submitted. From there service was slow. I received my meal and my wife had to wait for hers. The food plentiful and tasty but we felt for a brewpub the price was out of line. At the end of our meal we could not see our waiter and had to ask another staff member for our bill which came in due course. Overall after the build-up that this was given we were very disappointed and will avid this in future

BJ's was able to accommodate our party of 8 with short notice. The service was great and the food was fantastic. Atmosphere was friendly and fun, even with animated conversations at every table and music playing, you could still hear your own table talk. I enjoyed this experience better than I anticipated.
This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. The bartenders were great and attentive but our server seemed to be having an off day. We ordered ahi tacos, pot stickers, and a large pizza. The restaurant ran out of the ahi tacos and we never received our pot stickers. We didn't have any silverware or water. We asked our waiter and he forgot all of it. The only thing we received was our pizza.I wonder if our server was sick, high or having a bad day because he would continually skip our table. We respectfully asked several times for water and our appetizer and they never came. We asked another waitress for for waters but she dismissed is as well. Finally, we asked a third waitress and she was cordial and helped us. She told us that the pot stickers were never ordered.We were super disappointed with our service that we decided that we rather leave. When we received our bill, all the appetizers were charged even though we never received anything. I was looking forward to a pleasant Saturday night but I was left disappointed. This restaurant used to be great and I'm sad for what it's become now.
