I have been so disappointed with this particular Baskin Robbins on Milburn & Herndon ?The owners wife wouldn’t let me exchange the horrible new boba drink. It was totally gross ??What a waste of $5.00?I literally couldn’t drink it so had to toss it‼️Even the workers hate that drink. Such terrible customer service when this particular owner can’t let U exchange a nasty drink. To bad they’d rather lose your business instead of keeping their regular customers?????I’m taking my business to Sonic even though it’s farther for me to drive‼️

Great experience, let the decorator have complete creative freedom for my sons cops and robbers themed cake and it turned out perfect! Highly recommended!

We ordered 2 regular cone 2 scoop ice creams when we got to eat our cones they were stale. Very disappointing to us and for the price we pay i expect everything to be fresh.
