Dined in, the atmosphere is very pleasant. Inside is small but cozy, clean and nice seating by the windows. Big screen tvs were a plus. The food was delicious. I even went back 2 days later and ordered takeout.
The food was good but the service was bad, Very unorganized. Alot of workers just standing around.
I took my mom for mother's day dinner and order the dry noodle, eating half way through I found a dead fly in my food. I didn't want to gross the rest of my families member, I just stop eating. I will give them a 4.5 star on their dessert drinks #10 my favorite.
Oxtail is hard if they remember to include it in the big pho bowl, flies are relentless. Prices + service acceptable

Good pho but rating 3 stars because I had to remind the waiters 3 times for the beansprout condiments after my pho arrived
O my the food it's so delicious, the service was wonderful, the prices are amazingly low, and I even brought left over for dinner
