This will be the last time my family and I come. I understand there was a wait which is no problem for a typical Saturday. But there is no reason why we have to deal with rude young lady workers who talk about you to their coworkers. Like if you don’t like your job then quit. We don’t have to deal with you when we are willing to wait. This isn’t the first time but it will be the last. never again.
Me and my family just left this location. Soon as we walked in the greeter gave us a attitude. We were a family of 9 and she told us she couldn’t accommodate us. It’s 2:30pm on Wensday. It’s less than 20 people in the restaurant at the time. So many empty tables and and booths. I asked her about the booths. She stated she will do one on each side of the restaurant and it will be 45minute wait. We definitely feel it’s because our race. She did the same thing to a family of four same race as us. Corporate needs to step in on situation like this. I will be calling them..
We went in for a little bite and a cold drink it it was Happy Hour
Party of 6, they sat us in a round corner booth, under a already broken window, the window rattled and started breaking more on top of our table, my self and the food. staff was concerned and wanted us to move in the middle of our meal (understandable) they should've never sat us under a broken window to begin with. Over all bad experience.
Even though it was packed our waitress was great & the food was ????
Stop in for a quick bite to eat. The food was delicious, loved my ?. But, I noticed open tables in the middle section. The staff seem to be seating customer just along the wall tables. Customers were waiting at least 10 mins. To be given a cleaned off table along the wall. It seemed like the waitress didn't want to get the other tables dirty. If they were using the mid section tables. They could of spread customers out. Better for the 6ft purpose. Instead of seating everyone back to back along the wall seating.
Arrived at 6 with a party of 4 we were seated 15 mins later. Then sat at the table for 30 min before receiving our drinks had to speak with the hostess 2 and the manager before our server ever got to us. When our server did come to us he explained he had been cooking before they asked him to change and wait tables. Service would have been better if they weren't short staffed.
I ordered food and dessert from applebee and they taste brownies and then send me that brownies
Unfortunately they were very busy and the waitress didn’t know she was assigned to our table. So initial service was missing. But luckily Bernardo was able to save the day and provided a great experience.
Slow service and although advertised as car side pick up you will have to go inside.Ordered car side pickup supposed to be ready at 6:25pm, at 6:45 I went inside to check and they assured me it would be brought out when ready. 7:25pm I go back inside and my order just sitting there getting cold.When I got home I realized the $10 lemonade missing so I call and they want to send me gift card for the $10 refund.That's the kind of service I received on a $89 order of pasta and drinks leaving $11 tip to make an even $90.
