Great local ice cream parlor. Offers one of a kind flavors of ice cream made right there. Fresh cookies for ice cream sandwiches. Lots of choices for toppings,and the best waffle cones. Great family place.
Bordeaux and Dark chocolate are delectable.All flavours (even the seasonal ones such as macchiato - make it permanent please!) are so so good. The ladies at the counter are very sweet and friendly. Truly great customer service. And they allow tasting and the spoons are metal which is so eco friendly! Even the cups are cardboard and spoons were wooden etc.
I scream for ice cream. Outstanding locally owned ice cream shop. Great variety of flavors that are changing all the time. I was surprised this time by how many flavors they were out of. The staff is friendly but sometimes I feel like they are trying to rush you out. This time we tried milkshakes for the first time and they were great. No surprise because great ice cream makes a great shake. I always try something new here so go with what sounds good today. Honeycomb, dark chocolate and whiskey caramel are always safe bets!
The flavours provided were so tasty. A lot of choices and every month there's a lot of specials. The people helping were extremely kind, they helped us try a bunch of flavours. Special shout-out to the fact that they used steel.spoons for tasting and wooden spoons for the ice cream. Eco friendly and otherwise friendly!
Thank you for being open late, because do you know who needs lactose free vegan ice cream late at night? My depression and I do. Ice cream is great, employees are helpful and this place is adorable. Give it a try.
Ampersand is one of the best ice cream parlors in Fresno. Honeycomb is the best. My wife and I love the monthly unique flavors. Plus they allow for free samples to try the unique flavors. Staff is also friendly.
Finally got to try this place out. My husband liked the moose tracks ice cream a lot. I had a scoop of the Bordeaux (no wine in this sorry to say) and their honeycomb ice cream. I did like the texture and crunch when you get bits of honey or chocolate shavings in the ice cream. Employees are very friendly here and they let you sample the flavors.My only issue is that the ice cream is too sweet. I know, I know. American ice cream is sweet, but I was barely able to finish the two scoops. If they dialed down the sweetness a smidge this ice cream would be 10/10.
This place totally rocks! I had ice-cream for lunch today lol Just one scoop. I apriciate this place because they make everything on site and they have some bizarre flavors but there always really good. Ampersand's dose ice-cream right! There in a great location for desert and convince. They have two locations, one in tower. No matter where ya are there not to far away lol.
This is the best ice cream in town, I love ampersand so much. The flavors are unique and they have new flavors every month! I just wish they had more waffle cones, eating their ice cream on a waffle cone is the absolute best thing in the world!
Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever received by an establishment. Words out of employees mouth was it’s ALL ABOUT US HERE. CUSTOMER IS NEVER FIRST HERE. All I said was it’s a oxymoron to walk in with mask ? but you can eat in here with no mask.
