It was good. Wait staff was not wearing mask and when asked to do so asked us, who were seated on patio alone, to mask up. Don't know if I'll be going back.
This restaurant has the best rice pilaf, I've tasted, at any establishment. I regret not having tried this place sooner, I was missing out.

AMAZING. Growing up in an Armenian household I was raised on authentic Armenian food. This place is authentic as it gets. Bulgar pilaf with matzoon (plain yogurt)...Mmmm delicious. I had the lamb chops. So juicy and tender. Even have Armenian beer and wine available. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.
Owner screamed at me over the phone. I just asking for prices on the menu. He also hung up on me. Very unhappy.
Excellent service, excellent menu and delicious food. This is fine dining at its best with very authentic Armenian food. The only thing I wish would be for them to have a vegetarian entree for dinner; all the dinner items are meat. Fortunately, there are multiple side dishes that a vegetarian can combine and do just fine. We will go again!
AJ's catered my retirement party. The food was ready on time and was so delicious!! My order was for 40 people. There was more than enough food. I highly recommend using AJ's?

Though the food had good flavor it is highly overpriced for the portions you get. My extremely small take out plate with only 4 small cubes of Lamb and a very small amount of veggies was just over $19. The meat is also a bit overdone which I had been warned so I ordered it medium rare in hopes to get medium but it was much closer to well done.
Nice ambience, great food and great service. One of our favorite places to go in Fresno!
