The salad was fresh and crunchy with a good dressing and pretty carrot. The miso soup has thin noodles in it! Pretty atmosphere. As of this date, sushi is only offered on Friday and Saturday.
This place is a hidden gem! Authentic Japanese food with good quality fish. The specials are amazing. My favorite is the hamachi kama. Their other dishes are very good too (smoked salmon, saba, etc). Not your typical Americanized sushi rolls with cream cheese and plastered with sauce. This place is pricey but so worth the occasional splurge. Note: They do not have a website. The website you find online was made by a random person not affiliated with the restaurant many years ago. So, it is very outdated.

They've been around forever and I wouldnt be surprised if its the oldest sushi restaurant in Fremont. You get what you pay for here. Food is fresh and the service is great.
Yuki serves the best sushi in Fremont and the surrounding cities. Not to flex…but I have eaten at some Michelin star sushi restaurants in San Francisco and Seattle. The difference in quality is slight, presentation is better at the high end restaurants. The quality of fish the get is very high in both flavor and texture and it is served traditional Japanese nigiri style. The other cooked fish dishes also benefit from the quality of the fish source with especially good smoked salmon wings and salmon belly.
Authentic food, tasted very fresh. You cant go wrong with sushi.

Don't let the location fool you. This place can compete with the best of downtown. Ordered the Chef's Choice Sashimi Dinner. Wish I tried more of the menu. May have gotten lucky but much of it was premium cuts. Firm fish cut correctly. Rice was cooked right, firm without mushiness or water. Place was busy for a Thursday dinner service. Wait staff was very kind and attentive. Locals love this place.
