I stopped by Wendy's at 5535 Auto Mall Parkway in Fremont California for lunch today and after leaving, I realized I didn't have my phone but wasn't sure where I had left it. As soon as I got back to Arizona, I called the location and the Asian employee was so rude to me. I was able to located my device thru Google so I asked the Woman can she listen for it to ring, She said:I'm too busy and I don't have time to play with you! Everyone knows how devastating it is to loose your phone while traveling. Isn't this part of customer service? That's why I am giving them a bad review!
25 minutes in the drive thru for a burger. On Saturday night. Not the weirdest time to be there. 25 minutes. Still waiting.Hey managers, if you're having trouble staffing, pay more or work the shifts yourself. Still not working? Then just close. When you lose the game, you leave the field. You have failed. Admit it.
My favorite for Chinese food. Shrimp fried rice, broccoli beef, and cashew chicken, are My 1-2- 3 favorites. Currently no inside dining. I've Dined In there for lunch with Friends and They've All Enjoyed it as much as I do.
Decent service. Avoid drive thru. It took me 15 mins the other day. Lesser staffed. Food was decent. Just a management problem really. Has gotten worse with covid. Was nice n fast prior.
My mother and I come here occasionally very early in the morning (6:30AM), they are always ready and get our meal out to us quickly. I don't think we've ever had an issue with this Wendy's location.
Had a bacon cheddar burger combo. The burger had decent flavor but the bacon cheddar was scarce making for a dry burger and I think someone sat on mine before I got it, as it looked more like a communion wafer than a burger.
Went here at 1030pm on a Saturday night. Almost nothing else open in the area. Delicious burger and fast friendly service.
I have a lot of respect for this store. The older woman with glasses who generally serves me twice a day at the drive-thru is very nice and polite. I enjoy this location
Food wise, we ordered a bit of everything. We had juicy crispy onion rings as we awaited our dinner. The fellows each had a burger. Robert and Ben literally engulfed their double steak burgers in four mere bites. Frank enjoyed a savory Kirk's burger topped with mushrooms. From a vegetarian's perspective, the boys' burgers looked enticing and filling. I on the other hand, enjoyed a kid's meal: extra grilled cheese sandwich, fries and an Oreo milkshake. Considering, there was three burgers in our entire order; I inquired about the punch card. The gentleman (presumingly the owner), who took our orders graciously gave me the punch card along with FOUR stamps... His generosity highlighted the excellent customer service that Kirk's demonstrates. The restaurant was fairly quiet as we consumed our meals, with the exception of a few families eating, friends chatting and the Giants baseball game on TV. Just as we were about to leave, the cashier went around and collected trays from the various tables. At the same time, he inquired about our meals. His comments, "keep your soda cup, in case you want to enjoy some more soda"--- illustrates how welcoming this venue is of its customers.
Has always been one of my favorite fast foods. Buns always taste fresh.
