This place has a wonderful atmosphere. The customer service is great and welcoming. The whole aura of this establishment brings joy. U and Me Tea great idea for a small date or hang out spot very child friendly. And great for anime lovers. I can’t say anything bad about this placeKeep it up guys

Visit this place if you'd like to receive the worst possible customer service there is in the tea industry. Folks there don't appear to have any desire for more orders ! When approached for more than 20 drinks for a company event, there is no sense of urgency nor any attempt to make it easier for the customer to place orders, rather, canned responded three different questions I asked with the exact same robotic reply. Questions were : 1. can I order one day prior since you open at 11AM and we'll need to pick up at 1PM, want to make sure this isn't rushed, 2. can you mark names on each of the cups so it'd be easier for folks to grab, 3. Can we email or text you the order details so you can process the order directly?The canned response was word for word the following : "Yes, you can place order online." , THREE TIMES!Not answering to any questions that were asked.All this lameness aside, for the 20+ drinks that was ordered, we did not receive the corresponding stamp card stamps (the buy 10 get 1 free drink stamp card), and it was not already deducted from the balance.Poor experience is a severe understatement, and will certainly make this incident known to all my friends who plan on stopping by.
It’s my favorite boba shop. They now have a “surprise me” option — I love it when I can’t decide!!! Thanks staff, you make wonderful drinks.

We ordered grape tea with tea jelly, it tastes really good. The wait time is a bit long, so it's good to order online in advance and pick up.
Store front is good and better than the Newark branch. The mochi red bean milk with 0% sugar is awesome. The price before discount is on the high side, so I doubt will visit without a coupon. Tip is to order 30 min before you show up for pick up.
