I ordered the beef gyro sandwich with side hummus. The food is pretty good but the pita bread is soggy. In fact, it tastes like what you’d expect if pita bread stayed in the warmer all day. Had this not been the case I would have liked it more.

Never disappoints! Great location, right in the heart of pacific commons. Staff is friendly and responsive. My DoorDash pickup was on time without any delays.
They charge for every single thing. They charged me for sauce, even though it was in the picture of the item on the menu. A simple lunch for 2 came out to over $60. Location is not understaffed, staff just worked at an abnormally slow pace. 2 minutes to put pita in a container then move it to a different size container for some reason. Regardless, Spicy chicken was not very spicy. Falafel overcooked. Over $7 for a tiny hummus. Recommendation: speed up the orders by giving customers whole pitas. It took one employee about 5 minutes to chop a handful of pitas into triangles when a whole pita would have been better for me and quicker for everyone because the large lines here are formed from slow service rather than high traffic
The best Halal Guys store in the bay area! Food is always fresh and the service is top notch! The staff is friendly and it feels like they take pride in serving their customers yummy food with a smile on their face.
Shouldn’t they all be wearing hair nets ? I went in and the dude that never says hello and seems spaced out with the blonde and black hair isn’t wearing a hair net but everyone else is
Not sure what the hype is all about. The or food is okay, their chain competitors have better tasting food. Especially the one across the parking lot. Kind of over priced. Maybe the original in NY is better tasting.
