Went in with my mom for a boba and was told right away by one of the workers to go to the kiosk to place my order. My mom was trying to read the menu on the wall and again berated to go to the kiosk to place the order. My mom was simply trying to figure out what to order in terms of jelly for her drink. We then proceed to the kiosk to make our order and the kiosk clearly says "if paying cash, pay at the register". So, I did as told and placed my order in the kiosk only to find out you can't send the order through via the kiosk if paying cash. Ended up ordering again at the cashier and paid with cash. BUT mind you this is after another scolding from the worker who says, its quite obvious for teenagers to order and pay with credit cards only at the kiosk. Sorry, dear but your initial instructions were not clear to ORDER and pay with cash at the register.Luckily the drinks make up for the experience BUT HIGHLY UNLIKELY will ever come back. Being a fellow business owner, what a shame that a paid employee can give off such a negative experience for patrons, wish you well in business.
Nice bubble tea place with customizable flavors but all toppings are 50 cents extra. Great customer service too- I got the matcha strawberry with cheese foam, but the guy making my drink forgot the cheese foam. However he replaced my drink for free immediately. Close to the Fremont/Warm spring BART train station. I would definitely come more often if I could!
Waited 45mins for the order only to be told that some other customer took my order. Waited another 15mins. Finally got a luke warm tea , though I ordered a hot one. The cherry on the cake : They gave a lid that was smaller than cup and hence the drink spilt.#never_going_back
The drink I got was good. I just think it’s a bit pricey compared to where I usually get my boba milk tea from other places. Not sure if id be back though but great service and good boba.
Really good drinks and perfect boba!! I've tried and recommend the roasted oolong tea with salted cream cheese foam and the Snow White --both with boba of course. I love it!!
Magical teas are delicious, especially rose, lychee and pineapple
Great experience here during a weekday night! I loved the mango matcha latte and that non-dairy subs are free ? Store is also super clean and parking was easy with the small lot in the back.

I attempted to try this place out today (TeaZenTea, in Fremont, CA), it took awhile due to so much street traffic. I was hoping the drive time was worth it since the reviews, pictures and menu looked and sounded good. For the unsafe environment, it was not worth my energy, gas or time.After finally finding it and the very small parking lot, its sad & a major disappointment, I never made it inside to place an order.While the place "appears" to be in a safe environment, the riff raff / harassers I encountered outside, prevented me from leaving my car parked outside unattended.And it was in broad daylight in the afternoon. Go Figure! ?There were three unkept boys of asian decent hanging around outside, just loitering like they had nothing better to do with their time. One threw his basketball against my car while I was sitting in it. Didn't apologize, just glared at me like he was looking for a fight and the boy was small and scraggly.Kept staring me down, it was extremely intense, unnerving and strongly dissuaded me from going inside. If the boy hit my car while I was in it, I could just imagine what he or his friends would do if I wasn't around.I ended up leaving, followed them out and took a picture of their license plate and vehicle.Idk if that's an area where those boys just hang out & do nothing productive with their time while purposing to damage / vandalize other ppl's property & harass ppl b/c they think they can get away with it, but for any visitors to this shopping area, just be aware of the surroundings and the vehicle they drive. Its probably their mommy & daddy's car.Maybe, bring someone to watch your car, in case, these boys come around again. It's def a no go.
